Which Type of Container is Best for Storing Crystals?

By now, all formation owners would have known why our formation bowls MUST be of Glass material and no prints. But then many still made the mistakes of requesting plastic or other materials (exclude natural materials such as soil, wood, natural fabric..) used for our crystal bowls.

There are different ways you can keep crystals safely stored.

Some people like to use plastic containers. I’m not comfortable using plastic or other non-natural material for storage though.

My favorite material is natural wood. I love the way it feels, smells and protects my collection. If you’re not drawn to natural wood or natural stone then glass containers are excellent alternatives. Moreover, natural wood can be hard to find in our industrialized city.

There are some situations where you might not need a storage container. In the bedroom, for example, placing a crystal on your bedside table keeps it close when sleeping or meditating. Don’t have too many crystals out though, as a combination of energies may keep you awake!

Let me reiterate why we recommend Glass or natural material should be used to house ALL genuine charged crystals.

1. Plastic will react with the crystals properties. The composite structure of crystals will be altered and decayed if we placed genuine crystals in plastic materials. Imagine having decayed crystals placed in our home?? This is a No No No. We don’t want to invite decayed energies into our home and office, right?
2. Glass materials will reflect out the energies of the crystals. This is what we want to achieve. Amplify and reflect out the crystals embedded energies to ourselves and our surrounding. Plastic absorbed and distort the crystalline energies.

We don’t want distortion of the crystals energies because of any prints on our formation bowls too. That is why glass or crystal bowls with prints are a no too.

So, next time, please remember to house your crushed and/or big crystals only in Glass or natural material to avoid inviting distorted, “corrupted” and “decayed” energies into our auric fields.
