How to store our charged crystals?

Which Type of Container is Best for Storing Crystals?

By now, all formation owners would have known why our formation bowls MUST be of Glass material and no prints. But then many still made the mistakes of requesting plastic or other materials (exclude natural materials such as soil, wood, natural fabric..) used for our crystal bowls.

There are different ways you can keep crystals safely stored.

Some people like to use plastic containers. I’m not comfortable using plastic or other non-natural material for storage though.

My favorite material is natural wood. I love the way it feels, smells and protects my collection. If you’re not drawn to natural wood or natural stone then glass containers are excellent alternatives. Moreover, natural wood can be hard to find in our industrialized city.

There are some situations where you might not need a storage container. In the bedroom, for example, placing a crystal on your bedside table keeps it close when sleeping or meditating. Don’t have too many crystals out though, as a combination of energies may keep you awake!

Let me reiterate why we recommend Glass or natural material should be used to house ALL genuine charged crystals.

  1. Plastic will react with the crystals properties. The composite structure of crystals will be altered and decayed if we placed genuine crystals in plastic materials. Imagine having decayed crystals placed in our home?? This is a No No No. We don’t want to invite decayed energies into our home and office, right?
  2. Glass materials will reflect out the energies of the crystals. This is what we want to achieve. Amplify and reflect out the crystals embedded energies to ourselves and our surrounding. Plastic absorbed and distort the crystalline energies.

We don’t want distortion of the crystals energies because of any prints on our formation bowls too. That is why glass or crystal bowls with prints are a no too.

So, next time, please remember to house your crushed and/or big crystals only in Glass or natural material to avoid inviting distorted, “corrupted” and “decayed” energies into our auric fields.

Hope above information helps you to a proper container to house your genuine crystals.

The Basics of Sacred Geometry

Sacred geometry is considered an ancient science that explores and explains the energy patterns that create and unify all things and reveals the precise way that the energy of creation organises itself. It is said that every natural pattern of growth or movement comes back to one or more geometric shapes.
Many teachings have described Sacred Geometry as the blueprint of creation and the genesis, the origin of all form. Sacred geometry is considered an ancient science that explores and explains the energy patterns that create and unify all things and reveals the precise way that the energy of creation organizes itself. It is said that every natural pattern of growth or movement comes back to one or more geometric shapes.

The molecules of our DNA, the cornea of our eye, snowflakes, flower petals, crystals, a shell, the stars, the galaxy we spiral within, the air we breathe, and all life forms are created out of geometric codes.

See the snowflakes , can you recognise the sacred geometry on my hair?

In the next coming Soulvana classes, all our sharing revolves around the idea that all consciousness, including human, is solely based on sacred geometry. Because it is, we can begin to see and understand where we have come from, where we are now and where we are going.

Accordingly to Thoth, all levels of consciousness in the universe are integrated by a single image in sacred geometry. It is the key to time, space and dimension as well as consciousness itself. Thoth also said that even emotions and thoughts are based on sacred geometry!

Katherine will share more information in our Soulvana classes.

What is Higher Consciousness and How we can access it?

Compassion is the signature of Higher Consciousness. Non-violence is the tool to evolve into the Higher Consciousness.
Amit Ray

When we speak of higher consciousness, what we are referring to is the activation of the part of our brain which we typically do not access, at least not for lengthy periods of time. As human beings, we spend most of our lives functioning in states of lower consciousness, where what we are principally concerned with is ourselves, our survival and our own success, narrowly defined.

When you operate from your higher consciousness you are working from outside of lower consciousness, also referred to as the ‘ego’. When we function from the ego, we tend to be more self involved and self focused as individuals. When we are working out of higher consciousness, we access the parts of our brain that make us more self aware, less selfish, and we display more empathy, compassion and kindness. We act from love rather than from fear.

Higher consciousness is a huge triumph over the primitive mind which cannot envisage any such possibilities. Ideally, we would be a little more alive to the advantages of this higher mind and strive to make our oceanic experiences somewhat less random and less clothed in unnecessary mystery.

In a fast paced world which can appear to be driven by ego and fueled by technology, fame, material possessions and status; moments accessing the higher consciousness within us is necessary for balance both individually and collectively.

It is within this type of introspection that we gain insights into ourselves and indeed others that would perhaps have gone long unnoticed. When we actively seek to understand ourselves in this way, we are open to see the thoughts and belief systems that we have running in the background of our minds, which are allowing decisions and choices to be made unconsciously that perhaps don’t serve us.

How can we access Higher Consciousness?

There are two very clear ways to access your higher consciousness- intention and stillness (Meditation).

By setting the intention to access your this part of your brain, you are immediately creating the space for it to happen. Once you have the space and the intention, next you need stillness (Meditation). In the beginning stages of this practice you do not need to sit for hours in meditation, you could try for 5 minutes at a time. Simply sit, breathe deeply and hold that intention of opening up a dialogue with your higher consciousness. Pay attention to what you see in your minds eye. Do not attempt to label anything, just be.

If you practice every day, you will start to notice that your access to your higher consciousness will sharpen more and more. Your instincts will become sharper, you may start to feel happier and more clear in your mind, you may even start to notice that your intuition around certain things is stronger than it was.

All of these things point to an open awareness and a genuine connection to your higher consciousness. A pretty great skill to have don’t you think?

So, Try it today!

Lodestones Art

The above picture shows a plate placed with 3 green lodestone , 7 Gold Lodestone and 2 baby natural lodestones, total of 12 lodestones altogether.

A traditional stone used for Grounding, Protection and to keep in a cash drawer/register to draw in Money!! Raw magnetic lodestone, aka magnetite, specimens. Lodestone aligns the chakras and can be used for magnetic therapy. It attracts love, commitment, and loyalty with it’s magnetic force and helps overcome negative emotions.

Lodestone is natural magnetite, an iron ore that has magnetized by natural forces, most likely the intense electrical field associated with a nearby lightning strike. Lodestone can pick up iron filings, paper clips, even small nails. Lodestone is very weak when compared to man-made magnets

Please note, care needs to be used when handling lodestone. It should not be kept near electrical devices, credit cards, video tapes, etc and should never be allowed near a person with a pacemaker.

A Powerful Protective and Grounding Stone – Tourmalinated Smoky Quartz Tower

Crystal: A Powerful Protective and Grounding Stone: Tourmalinated Smokey Quartz Tower

Elements: Fire and Metal

These Black Tourmalated Quartz towers are absolutely stunning. Tourmalated Quartz combines the potent properties of Black Tourmaline and Quartz, which makes it an incredible crystal.

Tourmalated Quartz is clear or white quartz which has pieces of Black Tourmaline within it. These quartz crystals have strong metaphysical properties. It is a very powerful healing crystal that encircles your body in healing light. It is also a very powerful protection stone and transmutes negative energy into positive. It aids in clear thinking and emotional clarity and is powerful yet grounding at the same time. Tourmalated Quartz creates a positive feeling and is a great healing crystal on many levels.

Tourmalated Quartz is a Crystal Quartz that has formed together with Black Tourmaline, with the Tourmaline penetrating the Quartz and creating the description ‘tourmalated’.

Tourmalated Quartz is a crystal that will help you eliminate destructive patterns. It’s also a powerful crystal that will ground and protect you.

Its needle-like inclusions of Black Tourmaline are already powerful and protective enough in their own right. Its high energies will also help you increase your personal power.

It’s an excellent shield crystal that will amplify energies that are sent your way.

For this quartz, some citrines were formed at the tip of crystal. Initially, it was just a clear Quartz… but because he had accompany me for years creating protective grids and rituals, layers of beautiful tourma crystals flakes were formed in layers.

Oneness

We’ve all had random, unexpected glimpses of Oneness. Perhaps you were watching a beautiful sunrise and had that moment when you felt like you merged with the whole of creation and fell in love with the whole world.  We even have expressions for this glimpse, we say, “It took my breath away” or “Time stood still.” This is Oneness. We became one with the totality of the experience. When we return from the moment of Oneness, we find it impossible to properly express it. It just was! There are no words to describe Oneness. It Is just It IS.

We can also have direct experience of Oneness through meditation, which provides a systematic path by which our awareness settles to quieter levels of thinking until we finally transcend thought completely. All duality is in the realm of thoughts. When we slip into the spaces between our thoughts, we become Oneness. Oneness isn’t just experiencing something; it’s a state of being. Every single thing is an aspect of One Field of Consciousness.Everything is connected to everything else. What we think, say, do and believe will have a corresponding effect on others and the universe around us.

Modern quantum physics talks about a unified field, which underlies and connects everything in creation. Who we are, is pure consciousness or Oneness, expressing itself in different forms at different times in our evolution.

“We all came from the same place…
And we all will go to the same place.
The only distortion of our reality is our wide acceptance of our independence…our individuality…our inherent separateness.
From this mythology, all inhumanity is born.”

I Am Presence

The I Am Presence is a frequency vibrating from your heart and soul that lives inside you. It is not something to be brought in from the outside. The I Am Presence is always present. It’s just a matter of you accessing it. Its energy is most powerfully felt in and around your heart and your throat chakra, where it is expressed in the word.

Your resonance and discernment activate your I Am Presence through your freedom of choice and will. When events flow in your life with grace and ease that is a sure sign you are activating this divine gift and presence.

What Is The “I Am Presence”? How Do We Use It?

When humankind’s monster of fear, doubt, and ignorance is not present, your I Am Presence is present. When there is no duality, separation, isolation, or conflict, your I Am Presence is present.

Knowing and loving this innermost being will allow complete manifestation of your soul plan (your purpose in being here) and bring you great joy.

It is essential that you begin to know and love this divine aspect of yourself. When you have gratitude for your I Am Presence, great abundance comes forth.

Your I Am Presence is innately gifted to all, a force from creation that allows you to know who you are (a divine being), and why you are here (to be in world service), and where you are headed.

Being human within the dense 3-D frequency, you are in the process of learning how to accept and access your I Am Presence. A key component to access your I Am Presence is seeing yourself good and worthy enough to receive it. Your I Am Presence allows you to receive “down- loads” of your divinity on a regular basis, which raises your vibratory frequency, thus consciousness.

The increased consciousness allows the creation of a new you and world. The word consciousness contains the letters I-O-U (consc-I-O-U-sness). The “I” is “U.” This means your consciousness owes you your I Am Presence!

Know through your heart and loving sense of self that you can receive your I Am Presence in each moment of the present. It is your innate divine right. When you fully connect with this presence, you know what it feels like to be free of the unhealed “me” and join the “we.”

Samadhi

What is Samadhi? Samadhi is derived from the Sanskrit, meaning “together,” and dhi, meaning “mind.” Its most basic definition implies a complete state of concentration. Simply stated, samadhi is the mind’s ultimate state of being; it is enlightenment and the preliminary state to nirvana. A perfect union of the individualized soul with infinite spirit. A state of oneness; complete absorption.

Many a times, samadhis or exotic experiences of consciousness are equated with Self realization. Self realization for sure is not some samadhi as we typically understand it, nor some super exotic state of consciousness. Self realisation is simply being aware of awareness or abiding as awareness on effortless basis. This awareness is not created at the time of awakening but gets acknowledged concurrent with destruction of ego. The ‘oh‘ or ‘wow‘ after Self realization is wondering for missing this simple awareness, which while always present, never gets acknowledged during life with ego.

Self realization is often thought of as exalted state of samadhi, needing intense practise of meditations.
Constant discipline and daily meditation practice help each of us to rise up and break the old patterns and habits. While we might not attain samadhi in this lifetime, we are certainly better off and more evolved as humans when we practice meditation.

Finally, as you grow, remember to treat yourself with compassion, love, understanding, and forgiveness. You will fail, fall back into your old patterns, and forget what you’ve learned—that is inevitable. Always remember your own divinity. Remember that you are filled with absolute love and nothing less. And most of all, remember that’s it’s a journey and not a destination.

Your Heart’s Intelligence: Resilience From the Heart

There is one of my favourite quote, ” Educating the mind without educating the heart is no education at all ~ Aristotle”.

These days everyone is talking about the Heart. Every where you look and listen, people from all religions, cultures, and ages speak about the heart as if was the true center of wisdom:  ‘follow your heart’, ‘connect to your heart’, ‘lead from the heart’, ‘speak from the heart’, ‘consult your heart’…

Surely, if Aristoteles were alive today, there would be a big smile on his face!

A student of Plato and tutor to Alexander the Great, Aristoteles believed and taught a ‘cardiocentric‘ model of human anatomy where the heart was the true center of human intelligence and not the brain. Heart Intelligence is a higher level of awareness that arises when you are able to integrate your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual intelligence.

When fully embodied and integrated, Heart Intelligence gives you the ability to be fully real, present, connected and heart-directed in every area of your life so that you can experience greater levels of performance, creativity, intuition and higher order thinking.

Your heart’s intelligence is with you always. It’s constant. You can trust it. It’s important to acknowledge this, because it means that the wisdom of your heart—the answers to the deepest and most mysterious questions of life that no one else can answer—already exists within you. Rather than something that needs to be built or created before it can be used, the link between your heart and the place that holds your answers is already established. It’s been with you since the time you were born and has never left you. It’s up to you as to when you choose to access that link as a “hotline” to the deepest truths of your life. It’s also up to you as to how you apply the wisdom of your heart in the reality of your everyday life.

There’s a lot more to our Heart than meets the eye. Research in modern science shows that by activating your Heart’s Intelligence, you will gain the skills and tools to:

  • Decrease emotional upsets and increase positive feelings so that you can make empowering and life-affirming choices for yourself and loved ones and our world
  • Loosen the hold of stress, worry, and anxiety by actively choosing joy, compassion, appreciation, and love instead
  • Improve your mental focus and clarity regardless of what’s happening “out there.”
  • Create an optimal inner terrain for healing and for easing the stress of chronic pain and illness, by consciously accessing your heart’s wisdom
  • Build an inner reserve of energy that helps you to thrive in these complex and chaotic times
  • Activate your heart’s intelligence to bring your work and life into greater alignment with your deeper life purpose
  • Create more authentic, intimate and harmonious relationships
  • Achieve your goals more quickly and easily

In this time of extremes, the resilience that we develop as individuals becomes even more effective, powerful, and potent when it can be applied by our families, friends, and neighbors. When we share our healing insights, we find the answer to the question of what it takes to create a way of life that reflects the values we’ve discovered through our personal journey.

The time is now… starts cultivate your Heart Intelligence.

In our next coming article, Katherine will share how to cultivate your Heart Intelligence. Stay tuned.

Listening to What Really Matters

Taking the time to stop and make sure that you’re working toward the things that mean the most to you is the best time — and gift — you can give yourself.

We should really Stop, Pause and Listen to what really matters to us.

1. Stop, take a breath and LISTEN: What do you hear? Are there voices telling you that you’re not good enough or strong enough to do what you love? Face those voices and see if they’re actually pointing out something you should be giving a shot

2. Run toward what scares you:  Do you often felt paralyzed by all of the “what ifs.” So I let myself really wallow in those feelings and see them for what it was — a failure of actually succeeding at something that mattered. I felt fine failing at things that didn’t mean as much to me, but I wouldn’t be able to be happy with myself if I failed at something that really meant something to me.

3. Ask for help: Whether you know what you want and need help articulating it or need help to figure out what you actually want to be doing, ask someone you trust and love. Chances are, if they spend a lot of time with you, they know what you talk about and what seems to come up over and over. Ask them about that — and listen to what they say. You may have been missing an idea that was right in front of you the whole time. Ask for help and Listen to what others have for you.

Synchronicity

What if the Universe is alive — and is trying to communicate with you through synchronicity and the Law of Karma?

Synchronicity is a term that came into popular use through Swiss psychotherapist Carl Jung.

Synchronicity means exactly this… Being in alignment (in sync) with Divine time.To experience synchronicity is to experience the magic of the Universe. Synchronicity speaks to the magical coincidental moments of Divine alignment…

When you are in harmony with the flow of life, and the guidance of your angels and Higher Self, you’re likely to experience increased synchronicity.

Synchronicity can come in many forms, such as meaningful coincidences, signs and signals pointing you in the right direction, books or teachers aligning, doors and opportunities magically opening up for you, and improbable meetings with just the right people, at just the right time.

For instance, connecting back the dots about what you learned about yourself through your alignment process and recognises repetitive messages or simply taking a view of whatever that was presented to you at the moment..etc…are synchronicity in your life.

How do you experience more synchronicity and serendipity on your path?

Start by looking for, and noticing all the meaningful alignments which have already occurred in your life. Where your attention goes energy flows, and so consciously noticing synchronicity which has already happened in your experience, begins to pave the way for more to occur.

Most Importantly, cultivate Awareness!

I find an interesting method for myself to cultivate deeper awareness in my life. Just need 5 minutes of my time everyday. It is the 5 Minute Journal. I find that by “answering” these questions, i FEEL Deeper into my inner being, to Question or Explore how i can be better and more joyful everyday and to Give myself permission to Say No or stop doing/thinking what do not serve me positively.

Do try it out and experience the change yourself.

The 5 minute journal
I am grateful for ……
What would make today great ……
Daily affirmation –  I am …….
3 Amazing things that happened today ……
How can i have made today better…..

Finding Flow in our life

Flow is mindfulness in action. It’s being fully present in the here and now and responding to the task at hand with curiosity and engagement and an intention to do it well.

Each of us has the potential to do magnificent things. The problem is, we spend most of our lives trying to control how we act, what we do and what other people think of us.
All those attempts to control keep us from the amazing potential inside. There’s something dangerous and inhibiting about that word: control.

Control comes with related thoughts and emotions like perfectionism, suppression, fear, worry, jealousy, ego and restraint. A life of attempted control is a life bottled up, restrained and held back. You don’t control your magnificent side, you let it flow.

Flow is the opposite of control. Flow is the art of letting things happen. You don’t control your way to achieving flow, it happens when you stop controlling and start encouraging.

Here are some simple ways to create more flow in your day:

1. Have a clear purpose – Know what you truly want

2. Complete something every day – Take Positive Action Daily

3. Stay committed ; Stay Focus on your end goal

4. Search for the wisdom (growth) in each challenge – Never lose the lesson that comes with the experience.

5. Trust the process

Keep in mind this is life that your living, strive for progress not perfection.

As always don’t just take my word for it, experiment on your own. Take a moment to see how you can weave these into your life starting today, and begin to make shift happen.

Mindfulness doesn’t require five days in silence or hours under a banyan tree.

Till the next time…

The Awakening Fool – Who am I?

Who am I?
I am not my name , my body or my reflection.
For my name was bestowed on me by others and my body is of the earth and to the earth returns.
My reflection is just a fleeting mirror image of my vessel.

Allow the world to slumber,
For I accept my world as it is,
Those awaken will move forward,
And those who are not will remain.

Who am I?
I am not my thoughts or my actions
For my thoughts are changing as the seasons and my actions can be disguises to fool others.

Who am I?
I am not my emotions
My emotions swing like a weathercock in the wind.

Feel the bliss rising to the sky,
That will transcend to glowing energy.
For all the world will awaken to a rising dawn,
To a new way of feeling and being.

I am eternal energy, I am love
And a priceless piece of the jigsaw!

Journey of Rebirth

The journey of rebirth is a soul-clenching spiritual shedding of the self, or quite possibly many selves, through the ethereal birth canal of the spirit.

Shedding layers upon layers of self-delusion, and lifetimes of inaccurate or self-deprecating belief systems. Inaccurate views of the true self and the true nature of our lives and ourselves.

I don’t believe the rebirth process ever stops. I believe the birth has many layers and takes on many forms. The world is awakening and people are feeling many different things these past few years, things they have never experienced before. I know this, thanks to the internet, my work, and the powerful and intense energies surrounding us. Ignorance is bliss, but that’s no longer an option.

The rebirthing process makes you want to run and hide, and avoid the inevitable vulnerability of sharing the pain, sharing the loss. Our  life, and everything in it, seems to change every day, every moment, every time I turn around.

“Vulnerability sounds like truth and feels like courage. Truth and courage aren’t always comfortable, but they’re never weakness.” ~ Brené Brown

The rebirth is a painful path, full of ups and downs, loss and love. How could it not be? How could a total and complete shedding of skin, of the comforts and ego-based fears not be excruciating?

The ego was designed to protect, but as it became out of balance, it hindered rebirths through those muddy and suffocating canals. Layers and layers of doubt, insecurity and the like, telling us we can’t be anything other than what the world told us to be; we can’t thrive, be adventurous and follow our joy.

The intention of your desires set out to the Universe starts the motion of movement, and once implanted, can’t be taken back. Just walk your walk, and trust that the Divine will guide, inspire and fulfill — if you believe.

As a healer, I know that you must release to receive, and you must open and heal in order to live a more fulfilling and powerful life. I see through the ashes of despair and the curtain of discovery. I see what’s on the other side for me, I see who I am and why I’m here. To heal, heal myself, help heal others, and send that love and magic to the whole world. No more hiding, no more self-loathing. It’s time for freedom!

Till the next time….

Rebirth is a journey of awakening

Our memory is not only the home of our life story. It holds a key to the essence of who we are.

The wholeness of our souls continually beckons us through disturbing feelings and events to awaken to the unmet potentials within us – as maturing individuals, as a rapidly changing culture and as an evolving human species.

As we search for meaning in our lives and for the means to allay suffering, these core questions – Who am i ? Why am i here? usually come up. The heart of all rebirth work is to awaken consciousness so that you can experience the answers to these questions by remembering how you were created.

Our living on Earth can therefore be described as a training camp to regain personality traits like unconditional love, self honesty, happiness, modesty and humbleness. Family, friends, acquaintances and “coincidental” encounters are our training partners for the souls on their way back to the divine origin.

The essence of our discussion on Rebirth is to recognize the motivation of our souls for reincarnation (rebirth) and to hopefully draw conclusions for the personal life (being the current incarnation).

Runanubandha

Runanubandha, which indicates a physical relationship. Whenever you touch someone – either because of blood relationship or sexual relationships, or even if you just hold someone’s hand or exchange clothes – these two bodies will generate runanubandha, a certain commonality.

When someone dies, traditionally, you are seeing how to completely obliterate the runanubandha. The idea of putting the ashes in the ocean is to disperse them as widely as possible so that you do not develop runanubandha with one who has departed.

For you to continue your life, you must properly break this runanubandha. Otherwise, as it happens in modern societies, it will affect your physical and mental structure.

Children up to eight years of age are immune to these things – nature has given them that protection, but adolescents will suffer immensely when we do not take care of the dead properly, because the energies of disembodied beings are always there and the first ones that they go after are adolescents because they are the most vulnerable.

You see in the world today how much upheaval people are going through during adolescence. One of the reasons why adolescence is more of a struggle today than it was in previous generations is that we are not properly taking care of those who have departed and these runanubandhas are all over the place. It is like loose software everywhere, and it always affects adolescent life most.

Emotions are a different, secondary aspect to life. It is the physical sameness, the runanubandha with the dead that you want to eliminate, because this can cause sickness and mental derangement, among other things. Emotion by itself is not damaging. If you had a beautiful relationship with someone and now the person is no more, it is healthy to cherish the beauty of that relationship rather than suffer. But if the runanubandha is there, it weakens your body and your mental structure in such a way that instead of cherishing all the beautiful things that happened between two people, you are suffering, and not only that – it will lead to a certain derangement of life. To avoid that, we try to destroy the physical memory alone. It is not only that you cannot forget the emotional and psychological memory, you should not forget it either. Someone who meant so much to you – why should you forget them? You must cherish that relationship forever.

Till the next time. Namaste !

Contracts

When you incarnate into your human life experience your SOUL has made the decision to choose a life where certain contracts are played out, these show up in your life experience as relationships and situations. There are various roles that the SOUL plays, you play a role for all who are in your life experience at the moment, whether that be a role of brother, sister, wife, mother etc, it is but a role. These roles were agreed upon at SOUL level and then “forgotten” on incarnation. The usual life experience for a human is to work through the contracts and karma during their time here on planet earth.

When a soul leaves one embodiments, one incarnation, and is in the spirit world, it goes through a period of rest and then before coming into a new incarnation, will decide what experiences and souls to meet in the coming incarnation. This very much depends on their performances during their previous incarnations. Because what happens is that every thought, word and action that they put forward is an energy which goes outwards to the universe and in a circular form it eventually returns back to them.

Now, if its a strong charge this energy has a long term implications and it might take a long time to return. If it doesn’t have so much strength, then the experience brings a more immediate response. So whatever we are sending out eventually will come back to us.

In simple terms, if we’re sending out a balanced energy then this increases the reservoirs of our Light. In addition, this energy will return back to us and in a form of – what we could call – a good luck, or a good fortune. But if the energy we are sending out is imbalanced, that eventually will also come back to us and it comes with the experience of suffering, of pain or misfortune. How the soul/ the individual will receive the return of good karma and the return of negative karma is based on the Law of Cause and Effect – The Law of Circle.

So, we decide and we get into agreement with other souls / individuals, as to what their role would be in their connection with us, for us to be able to fulfil that obligation. However, we also create contracts that we sign with our own self.

Now when we come in embodiment, we have lessons to learn. Through that embodiment, there is a conscious but most of the time a subconscious choice of the lessons we wish to learn which are included in the original pre-birth (Sacred) contract. If at some point in our life we become aware of this “contract” we have the permission to consciously decide that we do not want this contract anymore. As per the law of free choices and free will, we can cancel it and we can rewrite a new one.  Now, in my understanding, what happens in this situation, we either postpone what needs to be learned because at the moment we feel you can’t handle it, or we don’t want to handle it. Alternatively we have gained clarity as to what we have learned through the lesson of this specific contract we have signed and we are still in it because mainly of habit ( a training hologram).

Will leave the training hologram in my future blog.

Karmic Effect – The Endless Knot

In Buddhist practice, the ‘Eternal Knot’ or “Endless Knot” is a symbol of promise representing the unity between infinite wisdom and compassion- without beginning or end. It is a geometric diagram of right angles which symbolizes the nature of reality where everything is interconnected- a flowing process of interrelated cause & effect- and where everything exists as part of a web of karmic (Connective) action (condition) & consequence.

Our intent, decisions, and the actions we take yield results (consequences) that are all part of an inseparable connective process that manifests in who we are… and who we are becoming. We are all a ‘sum’ of our interdependent actions. Our dispositions to how we respond to our own experiences have long been conditioned. The test of our character is in the skillful application of mindfulness- a present-moment awareness that is relaxed, curious, open, receptive, and kind. It is in the ‘space’ and ‘light’ of mindfulness that we can begin to see more clearly how we have conditioned and shaped our nature of response… and how this streaming ‘connective effect’ of historical response patterns has fused together our character.

With this insight, we may come to realize that our future doesn’t have to remain fixed as a product of our past. We have the FREEDOM and the power of ‘NOW’ to reshape our nature of response and our character by sustaining awareness for how we condition… intent, disposition, and action… TODAY.

Karma Is Connection

Karma can best be understood in the timelessness of life. If we can consider that we actually live in a timeless eternity, then we can begin to understand the relativity of life, and the notion of reincarnation. Many skeptics will disagree, and argue the points against reincarnation because “it can’t be proved”. However the best way to understand life is to validate it and prove it to your self. You don’t have to convince anyone else of anything.

If we are a spiritual soul, then our essence is timeless. The physical body form is simply the vehicle for the expression of our spirit. The conscious mind cannot remember everything that has ever happened throughout time, because the conscious mind is finite. It cannot explore or define infinity. The conscious mind is an excellent practical tool for studying, analyzing and recording data.

However, the timeless remembrance of experiences is stored in the repository of our soul memory and greater spiritual I AM. This is where all experiences are recorded (akashic record). We can only access this realm through meditation, which requires the calming of the five senses, to reach our neutral point of essence. In this space of quietude, it is possible to invoke the higher vibrational field of our soul memory and greater I AM, as a portion of Universal Consciousness.

The only other way is through conscious dream recall, which usually occurs only when it is relevant to a particular phase of our spiritual development.

So in this timeless eternity, we do not measure time with clocks, days, or working weeks. Time is really only a measurement of events, or issues.

In timeless eternity everything progresses through a series of cycles, and tasks. When one cycle or task is completed, then a new one begins, and so forth. So this follows then that our soul essence is also timeless, and that life proceeds through embodiment in the physical world, the laboratory of spirit.

This is the Continuity of Life. The soul chooses to re-embody (reincarnate) into a physical dimension (reality) for further expression, creativity, growth and development. In every new situation it will attract the relevant (Connection) cause and effect patterns that it has set up in the past. This is an ongoing part of our soul development and learning from our own creations. We are co-creators with the Original Creator – God (or whatever we perceive God to be).

A REASON: Everything that happens, is happening for a reason. There is an order to life that extends far beyond one lifetime of existence, or our legal and political laws. The natural law of cause and effect is what maintains order and balance in what may appear to be absolute chaos. This in effect, is natural justice.

Eastern philosophies call this Karma. In the Western world we have a term of; “what goes around, comes around”, which is similar. In any case, this is the Law of the Circle, or Cycles. Karma however, is not about punishment. It is about Cyclical Connection.

Karma is about learning and growth, and understanding through direct life experience, through “meeting Self”. We can be told something verbally which may make sense, but it can be easily forgotten, or not practiced. This can also be the case with mental or academic learning. However, whatever is learned through direct life experience, will be remembered on all levels, physical, emotional, mental, and at the soul level.

We are co-creators with all of life. We can be the masters of our connection – cause and effect. We can face life with confidence if we can understand the purpose of life and the true science of life at all levels. We can be aware of the consequences of choice. We can understand how cause and effect (Cyclical Connection) is part of the evolutionary journey of life.  We can then understand the connection of life- We are ONE.

Love & Compassion

“Love and compassion…are the ultimate source of human happiness, and the need for them lies at the very core of our being.” – Dalai Lama

From Prime Creator were birthed polarities from a field of compassion: Yin and Yang; Light and Dark.

The sacred energy of love and compassion, the Great Heart of the World, embraces us all, without condition, unifying all of life, unifying the whole creation within the warm spirit of kindness, appreciation and concern. With good fortune (accumulation of good karma), we may meet people in whom this unfettered love shines strongly, allowing all around to bask in its light. The great saints and bodhisattvas, utterly emptied of themselves, transmit such love and compassion. Whenever we look into another person’s eyes and recognize the sameness, that person and I are the same, not really separate, this is love.

When we hear of or see another person’s misfortune, and we feel the pain of their suffering, and are moved to extend the help that lies within our power, this is compassion. For this we need strength, because suffering lies all around us. The daily news’ litany of catastrophes and evil deeds, large and small, could devastate us, were we awake to the whole of it and lacked the strength to bear it. But awakening through spiritual practice brings its own strength. And the suffering we see is more than balanced by the joy that flows to us along with love, protecting the compassionate from being overwhelmed by the force of suffering.

Universal love lies far beyond its pale imitation in the lower energies, where emotional attachment turns from “love” to hate, jealousy, or despair. Nevertheless, the world is so constructed that it remains within our possibilities to participate in love knowingly. But that can only happen to the degree we empty ourselves of ourselves.

Self-referential motives, self-centeredness, attachment, expectation of something in return, grasping, setting of conditions, partial-heartedness – none of these have any place in love and, in practice, completely block the action of love. Placing ourselves first and at the center forecloses the possibility of love. Yet moments do come even to us, perhaps with our family or our pets or unexpectedly with a stranger, when we are briefly free of egocentric attachment and the true heart of objective love opens within us. In unguarded moments, our natural response to people is friendship, one of the faces of love. To be able to love is a goal lofty and worthy enough to sustain our long journey along the path, drawing us ever forward.

Our common mother, the Earth, also loves, loves each one of us and all life in her biosphere. Like a self-centered and petulant child, we only too rarely return this love. And like a child, we so take for granted the love of our mother Earth, that we do not even recognize it. Yet her love is there for us individually, in nature and in the city, if we can but open to it.

One simple expression of it manifests as the beauty with which nature adorns herself. And there are other more direct expressions we may perceive, including a reservoir of spiritual energies within the Earth that we can draw upon. But as a species, we need to mature and not expect the Earth to continue indefinitely absorbing every insult and injury we pile upon her. We push these limits at the Earth’s, and our own, peril. The Earth gives and gives and gives, perhaps more than she can afford. But because our collective strength now exceeds our collective wisdom, the Earth needs us to find a place in our hearts for her.

By our inner work, by opening to higher energies, by purifying our will and intentions, we help cleanse our collective will, raise our collective level of being, and give back to the Earth and to human society. And we do this for love.

Love manifests in many forms, but always serves to unify. Love’s unmistakable hallmark dissolves our veils of isolation and separation, allowing us to become more fully ourselves within the sweet scent of merging.

Life Cycles of the Mind

There are events that occur in the mind that are considered cycles. Life events also occur in cycles. Life events are simply reflections of events that have occurred in the mind.

For example, when we conclude a relationship, such as in divorce, we have decided to end a cycle of development within our minds. We perhaps developed trust within a partnership which may preclude us to develop a sense of belonging. This relationship then advanced our mind in a direction of learning the value of taking time to be with others.

Once we’ve learned how to belong and hence now know how to make time for others, we may not need the relationship that created the circumstances for our learning. So we will end the relationship once it has served its purpose.

These are concepts one should know because it is how life cycles work. Many think of life cycles as the physical or numerical age of a person. Spiritually, life cycles are determined by the experiences one has lived through as well as their level of understanding within their mind.

There are always varying degrees of how things change. Just don’t ever expect the change to be to the level of your preference. The level of change will always be equal to the level of one’s consciousness, whatever that might be. We cannot judge how long the cycles last or at what age it should or should not be completed or begun. Cycles of learning can last for many lifetimes. People who have worked with me long enough know to ask if someone in their life will change enough to a degree of compatibility “in this lifetime!”. Yes, cycles of learning often times continue from this lifetime onto the next. For the most part….what you see is what you get as far as people are concerned. Change at the mental and spiritual levels take lifetimes before it can be expressed consistently on a physical level. You can often tell what changes has truly taken place by looking at the life events, that is the reflection of their mental learning and hence spiritual evolvement or de-evolvement- Remember that!

There is no need to judge. The level of consciousness can evolve or de-evolve. Each person decides for themselves which road to take in what they want to create for themselves. Not all souls are interested in evolving as many may assume; therein lies our skill in discerning who to let in or to keep out of our lives. If a person or situation is compatible for you, then great. If it is not compatible for you, then choose differently so the outcome can be better in your life. Drama does not need to necessarily play out negatively in your life. Simply choose differently and consider the events in your life as a reflection of your level of consciousness, good or bad.

Love & Compassion brings us Happiness , Confidence and Self-worth

The reason why love and compassion bring the greatest happiness is simply that our nature cherishes them above all else. The need for love lies at the very foundation of human existence. It results from the profound interdependence we all share with one another. We are all connected as One.

However capable and skillful an individual may be, left alone, he or she will not survive. However vigorous and independent one may feel during the most prosperous periods of life, when one is sick or very young or very old, one must depend on the support of others.

Inter-dependence, of course, is a fundamental law of nature. Not only higher forms of life but also many of the smallest insects are social beings who, without any religion, law or education, survive by mutual cooperation based on an innate recognition of their interconnectedness. The most subtle level of material phenomena is also governed by interdependence. All phenomena from the planet we inhabit to the oceans, clouds, forests and flowers that surround us, arise in dependence upon subtle patterns of energy. Without their proper interaction, they dissolve and decay.

It is because our own human existence is so dependent on the help of others that our need for love lies at the very foundation of our existence. Therefore we need a genuine sense of responsibility and a sincere concern for the welfare of others.

If you have a sincere and open heart, you naturally feel self- worth and confidence, and there is no need to be fearful of others.

Mind is Clarity

Sometimes the biggest questions you can ask yourself—Who am I? What is my purpose? Where can I find fulfilment? What is the mind?—come down to a very simple one: What shall I do today? Its all boils down to two words CLARITY & AWARENESS.

The world’s wisdom traditions tell us to look inside for the real obstacles that block the way to fulfillment. Outer demands will always fill the time given to them. Pitching into the swirling activity of daily life inevitably makes existence seem stressed and chaotic. What you can do instead is to examine your reality “in here,” which is where clarity can be found. This method is heavily weighted on our mind. Therefore, Kath feels that our Mind is one of the many Clarity Tools we have.

World’s wisdom tradition teaches that the unsettled mind comes about through one thing only: losing sight of who we really are. You can’t be a puppet of outside demands and pressures unless you see yourself as secondary while the world “out there” is primary. After all, how can you eat, put a roof over your head, raise a family, and so on without plunging into the hard realities of daily existence? The answer lies in finding out who you really are—a conscious agent who can choose, at any time, to live from the level of the true self.

Are you living your true self today? Live life with clarity.

12th June 2016 Connective Session: In The Flow

We live in a universe of spiritual, psychic, and physical energy by virtue of which all living things exist through their ability to transmute this universal energy into something individual.

We become endowed with the ability to transmit our own energy field, our individual unit of power. Humans are energy transformers; we are alive and developing in proportion to how much of this universal energy we accept and how freely it flows through us. The better we transmit this energy or allow it to flow through us, the higher grade we occupy; the more alive and contented and effective we become. Flow is the secret to happiness.

Flow is the natural, effortless unfolding of our life in a way that moves us toward wholeness and harmony.

To truly walk the path means to be consciously engaged with what you’re feeling and experiencing in in every single moment. So when you get up in the morning and take a shower, are you already thinking about a busy day ahead, or instead feeling the fullness of the moment? Enjoying the water as it splashes down over your skin?

If you conduct action – any action – and you’re not fully, consciously engaged in what you’re doing and not aware of what’s going on around you, then you’re not present. You’re lost in a program and living in an illusion. In such instances, you’re not really living at all! Being in the Flow of life allow one to be truly Present,Presence.

Flow is natural because we personally do nothing to cause it to exist. Whether or not we give it our conscious attention, it just is. Sometimes we may hardly know it’s there: when obscured by our fear or anger it can run underground like a river. But when we move into greater awareness and trust, it emerges in all its strength and power.

Flow is effortless because when we learn to swim with it, its currents move us easily, smoothly and gently through life. Our stress, struggle, and uncertainty drop away, and our joy, peace, satisfaction, happiness, and effectiveness increase.

Flow is an unfolding because it furthers our potentiality—it brings us into life as it is meant to be lived. We often have an “aha” feeling of familiarity, of rightness, when we’re “in the flow.” And, flow does not only involve our personal unfolding but the unfolding of a larger pattern in which we play a part.

Flow has a tremendous power to transform our lives. Like water, it is dynamic and still, strong and receptive, persevering and yielding. We can’t push or force flow any more than we can a river; gently and surely, it has its wa.

Flow speaks to being part of something bigger than ourselves. It runs counter to the sense of being out there alone, of ending where our skin ends. Not only does quantum theory substantiate this interconnectedness, so do the findings of the major spiritual traditions.

Till the next time.

14th May 2016 Connective Session: The Flow II

The state of flow, or being “in the zone”, is a state of peak performance. The key to being in the state Flow is Manoeuvre. The attitude to manoeuvre with ease is flexibility and allowing.

The flow state has been described by the world’s greatest thinkers as the most productive and creative state of mind in which to work. In addition, positive psychologists–most notably Dr. Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi, Ph.D.–argue that achieving the flow state on a regular basis is a key component of happiness. That is, by learning how to enter the state of flow you can increase your productivity, be more creative, be more flexible and be happier, all at the same time.

How Does It Feel to Be in the Flow?

These seven points summarize how some people responded that they felt when in the flow state:

  1. You’re completely involved in what you’re doing: you’re completely focused and concentrated.
  2. There’s a sense of ecstasy–of being outside of everyday reality.
  3. There’s a great inner clarity: you know what needs to be done and you get immediate feedback on how well you’re doing.
  4. You know that the activity is doable, that you have the necessary skills to complete the task successfully.
  5. You lose your sense of self and all of your worries and concerns drift away.
  6. You lose track of time and you’re completely focused on the present moment.
  7. There’s an intrinsic motivation—whatever produces flow becomes it’s own reward.

Did you notice similarities on what Katherine is doing in the gathering? Flow is a basic “ingredient” required to facilitate a soulvana “feast”.

Interestingly enough, the idea of flow came into being as result of research on happiness. Researchers began asking themselves: “What makes us happy?” and “When are we most happy”? As a result of this research psychologists realized that being able to enter the flow state–which is a very enjoyable experience–is a key component of happiness.

Conclusion

The ability to get into flow makes personal peak performances possible. It is a great experience and I would love to hear your own ways of getting in the flow or what you experienced being in the Zone.

Till the next time.

23rd April 2016 Connective Session: The Flow

While I truly believe that the choices we make and even the thoughts we think all matter greatly and affect the outcome of our existence, I also believe there is also another force at work and our role is actually more of a co-creator in our own lives. We all have unique gifts to offer the world, and certain passions that lie inside of us wanting to get out. This is our soul’s work. Our calling. It’s what makes us feel totally alive. The universe wants and needs us to do this work. In our daily lives, we’re constantly given signs to try to lead us to our higher self, enabling us to leave a positive impact on the world.

Going with The Flow

Going with the flow isn’t about being passive or lazy. It’s not about just letting things happen “to you”. It’s not aimless wandering. It’s a co-creative act.

“The flow” is the ocean of cosmic intelligence. It’s the substance that carries the whole shebang. The flow is life energy itself.  Going with the flow is responding to cues from the universe. When you go with the flow, you’re surfing Life force. It’s about wakeful trust and total collaboration with what’s showing up for you.

You can certainly worry less about the right move or wrong move. You’re not nuts, or submissive or lazy if you, like, go free form.

You’re a Flow Artist. Or a Ninja of Flow — take your pick. With keen senses, skilled daring, and the heart of a warrior. You’re daring to catch a wave of truth, again, and again, and again.

Go with it. Go with The Flow.

09th April 2016 Connective Session: Imprinting into your consciousness and unconsciounesss

Change Your Frequency To Change Your Reality!
Re-imprint / Re-program your limiting beliefs and habits To Change Your Reality
We change our limited beliefs and our habits, we will change our lives.
An imprint is a significant experience or period of life from the past in which a person formed a belief or cluster of beliefs, often in relationship to one’s identity. An imprint experience also often involves the unconscious role-modeling of significant others. The purpose of reimprinting is to find the resources necessary to change the beliefs and update the role-models that were formed (not simply to resolve the emotional issues associated with a particular event, as in the NLP technique of change personal history).
In order to be a new person, you must first think like the new person you want to be.

The conscious mind is where thoughts are generated. It is the one you use to think, make decisions and give orders to the subconscious mind. The subconscious mind implements what the conscious mind says without questioning. Here is where you hold all your beliefs (including limited beliefs) and habits (what you do every day). Our beliefs and habits control our everyday life.  The good news is if we change our limited beliefs and our habits, we will change our lives, so that means we need to change or reprogram our subconscious mind.

The subconscious mind learns through repetition and affirmations. By repetition we have formed our beliefs and habits and we can implant new ones the same way. If we want to change our life by implanting new beliefs and habits, the first step we need to do is to know exactly what we really have, do and be. When we know that we will realize what beliefs and habits we need to change or replace and attract what we REALLY want and always desired.
It is important to know that the brain is formed by four phases: Beta and Alpha in the conscious mind and Theta and Delta in the subconscious mind. When we are fully awake, we are in the Beta. When we start to fall asleep we are in the Alpha. When we are sleeping we are in the Theta phase and when we are deeply asleep we reach the Delta state. According to Sigmund Fred, we can access the subconscious mind when the brain is in Theta state, so we can easily imprint new beliefs or habits when we are in the Theta state.
