What is Ascension?

Ascension is the process of spiritual awakening that moves you into a higher level of consciousness. Through the process of ascension, your vibrational frequency is becoming lighter. This is due to the discarding of lower vibrations energies such as egoic thinking and moving into a lighter realm of love and light. Through this process, you can become aware of the interconnectedness of all things and will be able to let go of thought patterns and physical structures that are of lower vibrations, such as fear.

Human Beings are bound by the eternity of existence. The wheel of life goes round and round and makes us move through many incarnations. We travel in many alternate dimensions, worlds, star systems, and the universe before taking birth on this planet. As we move about in our soul journey, there is an inherent need to recover our lost goodness and innocence. We wish to return to our spiritual abode. The Spiritual Ascension is this revival process by which we know of “who we are”?

Spiritual ascension is a growth process that connects you with natural energies. It is a process of self-mastery that brings in major changes in the way you think, feel, and act. As you expand your conscious domain, you may feel overwhelmed physically, mentally, and emotionally.

An idea of Time

I think that the key to understand time is to realize that our common concept of “time” is multi-layered. Most mistakes about the nature of time, and much of the confusion, come from taking the full package of properties we attribute to time as forming a unique bundle that either is there or not. Now we understand that many properties we attribute to time come from approximations and  simplifications.

Some think that Time is a commodity: ours to buy, spend, save, keep, mark or waste. Time has volition: it flies, drags, stands still. The verbs alone suggest that we have always understood time as subjective, something experienced according to individual circumstance. According to theoretical physicist Carlo Rovelli, time is an illusion: our naive perception of its flow doesn’t correspond to physical reality. As for me, Time is a relationship with Self and a measurement of change.

In the physical realm, all that we perceive and think is connected to the past. Biologically, your reality bypasses you before even you are aware of it. Memory is all that exists in unfolding the past through thinking and projecting the same in the future. Now and time, both are like a river, which mind through its external perception and thoughts cannot capture.

The movement or speed, at which our thoughts move, is therefore related to memory. The reasons that thought is born out of experience and knowledge of the past. The mind, since it is mainly projecting itself from the past continuing into the future, loses the presence or concentration of the now, or present.

We become personal and emotive, resulting in being slaves of the past. This is the conflict and struggle in which man lives. It is, therefore, very important for us to recognize and understand this psychological time within, and convert the same into a friend by valuing and using it the best way we can.

From the spiritual point of view, there is only one eternal or present time, in which our presence exists. We are to utilize this conceptual construction of perception/experience in psychological time to our advantage, living not by the measurement of time, but from one moment to the next in mindfulness in observance and awareness. We begin to watch things more clearly and are not drawn into what the mind is thinking and projecting from past to future, but by being alert and aware in witnessing of what is happening in the present moment.

Oneness

We’ve all had random, unexpected glimpses of Oneness. Perhaps you were watching a beautiful sunrise and had that moment when you felt like you merged with the whole of creation and fell in love with the whole world.  We even have expressions for this glimpse, we say, “It took my breath away” or “Time stood still.” This is Oneness. We became one with the totality of the experience. When we return from the moment of Oneness, we find it impossible to properly express it. It just was! There are no words to describe Oneness. It Is just It IS.

We can also have direct experience of Oneness through meditation, which provides a systematic path by which our awareness settles to quieter levels of thinking until we finally transcend thought completely. All duality is in the realm of thoughts. When we slip into the spaces between our thoughts, we become Oneness. Oneness isn’t just experiencing something; it’s a state of being. Every single thing is an aspect of One Field of Consciousness.Everything is connected to everything else. What we think, say, do and believe will have a corresponding effect on others and the universe around us.

Modern quantum physics talks about a unified field, which underlies and connects everything in creation. Who we are, is pure consciousness or Oneness, expressing itself in different forms at different times in our evolution.

“We all came from the same place…
And we all will go to the same place.
The only distortion of our reality is our wide acceptance of our independence…our individuality…our inherent separateness.
From this mythology, all inhumanity is born.”

Your Heart’s Intelligence: Resilience From the Heart

There is one of my favourite quote, ” Educating the mind without educating the heart is no education at all ~ Aristotle”.

These days everyone is talking about the Heart. Every where you look and listen, people from all religions, cultures, and ages speak about the heart as if was the true center of wisdom:  ‘follow your heart’, ‘connect to your heart’, ‘lead from the heart’, ‘speak from the heart’, ‘consult your heart’…

Surely, if Aristoteles were alive today, there would be a big smile on his face!

A student of Plato and tutor to Alexander the Great, Aristoteles believed and taught a ‘cardiocentric‘ model of human anatomy where the heart was the true center of human intelligence and not the brain. Heart Intelligence is a higher level of awareness that arises when you are able to integrate your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual intelligence.

When fully embodied and integrated, Heart Intelligence gives you the ability to be fully real, present, connected and heart-directed in every area of your life so that you can experience greater levels of performance, creativity, intuition and higher order thinking.

Your heart’s intelligence is with you always. It’s constant. You can trust it. It’s important to acknowledge this, because it means that the wisdom of your heart—the answers to the deepest and most mysterious questions of life that no one else can answer—already exists within you. Rather than something that needs to be built or created before it can be used, the link between your heart and the place that holds your answers is already established. It’s been with you since the time you were born and has never left you. It’s up to you as to when you choose to access that link as a “hotline” to the deepest truths of your life. It’s also up to you as to how you apply the wisdom of your heart in the reality of your everyday life.

There’s a lot more to our Heart than meets the eye. Research in modern science shows that by activating your Heart’s Intelligence, you will gain the skills and tools to:

  • Decrease emotional upsets and increase positive feelings so that you can make empowering and life-affirming choices for yourself and loved ones and our world
  • Loosen the hold of stress, worry, and anxiety by actively choosing joy, compassion, appreciation, and love instead
  • Improve your mental focus and clarity regardless of what’s happening “out there.”
  • Create an optimal inner terrain for healing and for easing the stress of chronic pain and illness, by consciously accessing your heart’s wisdom
  • Build an inner reserve of energy that helps you to thrive in these complex and chaotic times
  • Activate your heart’s intelligence to bring your work and life into greater alignment with your deeper life purpose
  • Create more authentic, intimate and harmonious relationships
  • Achieve your goals more quickly and easily

In this time of extremes, the resilience that we develop as individuals becomes even more effective, powerful, and potent when it can be applied by our families, friends, and neighbors. When we share our healing insights, we find the answer to the question of what it takes to create a way of life that reflects the values we’ve discovered through our personal journey.

The time is now… starts cultivate your Heart Intelligence.

In our next coming article, Katherine will share how to cultivate your Heart Intelligence. Stay tuned.

Listening to What Really Matters

Taking the time to stop and make sure that you’re working toward the things that mean the most to you is the best time — and gift — you can give yourself.

We should really Stop, Pause and Listen to what really matters to us.

1. Stop, take a breath and LISTEN: What do you hear? Are there voices telling you that you’re not good enough or strong enough to do what you love? Face those voices and see if they’re actually pointing out something you should be giving a shot

2. Run toward what scares you:  Do you often felt paralyzed by all of the “what ifs.” So I let myself really wallow in those feelings and see them for what it was — a failure of actually succeeding at something that mattered. I felt fine failing at things that didn’t mean as much to me, but I wouldn’t be able to be happy with myself if I failed at something that really meant something to me.

3. Ask for help: Whether you know what you want and need help articulating it or need help to figure out what you actually want to be doing, ask someone you trust and love. Chances are, if they spend a lot of time with you, they know what you talk about and what seems to come up over and over. Ask them about that — and listen to what they say. You may have been missing an idea that was right in front of you the whole time. Ask for help and Listen to what others have for you.

Synchronicity

What if the Universe is alive — and is trying to communicate with you through synchronicity and the Law of Karma?

Synchronicity is a term that came into popular use through Swiss psychotherapist Carl Jung.

Synchronicity means exactly this… Being in alignment (in sync) with Divine time.To experience synchronicity is to experience the magic of the Universe. Synchronicity speaks to the magical coincidental moments of Divine alignment…

When you are in harmony with the flow of life, and the guidance of your angels and Higher Self, you’re likely to experience increased synchronicity.

Synchronicity can come in many forms, such as meaningful coincidences, signs and signals pointing you in the right direction, books or teachers aligning, doors and opportunities magically opening up for you, and improbable meetings with just the right people, at just the right time.

For instance, connecting back the dots about what you learned about yourself through your alignment process and recognises repetitive messages or simply taking a view of whatever that was presented to you at the moment..etc…are synchronicity in your life.

How do you experience more synchronicity and serendipity on your path?

Start by looking for, and noticing all the meaningful alignments which have already occurred in your life. Where your attention goes energy flows, and so consciously noticing synchronicity which has already happened in your experience, begins to pave the way for more to occur.

Most Importantly, cultivate Awareness!

I find an interesting method for myself to cultivate deeper awareness in my life. Just need 5 minutes of my time everyday. It is the 5 Minute Journal. I find that by “answering” these questions, i FEEL Deeper into my inner being, to Question or Explore how i can be better and more joyful everyday and to Give myself permission to Say No or stop doing/thinking what do not serve me positively.

Do try it out and experience the change yourself.

Finding Flow in our life

Flow is mindfulness in action. It’s being fully present in the here and now and responding to the task at hand with curiosity and engagement and an intention to do it well.

Each of us has the potential to do magnificent things. The problem is, we spend most of our lives trying to control how we act, what we do and what other people think of us.
All those attempts to control keep us from the amazing potential inside. There’s something dangerous and inhibiting about that word: control.

Control comes with related thoughts and emotions like perfectionism, suppression, fear, worry, jealousy, ego and restraint. A life of attempted control is a life bottled up, restrained and held back. You don’t control your magnificent side, you let it flow.

Flow is the opposite of control. Flow is the art of letting things happen. You don’t control your way to achieving flow, it happens when you stop controlling and start encouraging.

Here are some simple ways to create more flow in your day:

1. Have a clear purpose – Know what you truly want

2. Complete something every day – Take Positive Action Daily

3. Stay committed ; Stay Focus on your end goal

4. Search for the wisdom (growth) in each challenge – Never lose the lesson that comes with the experience.

5. Trust the process

Keep in mind this is life that your living, strive for progress not perfection.

As always don’t just take my word for it, experiment on your own. Take a moment to see how you can weave these into your life starting today, and begin to make shift happen.

Mindfulness doesn’t require five days in silence or hours under a banyan tree.

Till the next time…

Journey of Rebirth

The journey of rebirth is a soul-clenching spiritual shedding of the self, or quite possibly many selves, through the ethereal birth canal of the spirit.

Shedding layers upon layers of self-delusion, and lifetimes of inaccurate or self-deprecating belief systems. Inaccurate views of the true self and the true nature of our lives and ourselves.

I don’t believe the rebirth process ever stops. I believe the birth has many layers and takes on many forms. The world is awakening and people are feeling many different things these past few years, things they have never experienced before. I know this, thanks to the internet, my work, and the powerful and intense energies surrounding us. Ignorance is bliss, but that’s no longer an option.

The rebirthing process makes you want to run and hide, and avoid the inevitable vulnerability of sharing the pain, sharing the loss. Our  life, and everything in it, seems to change every day, every moment, every time I turn around.

“Vulnerability sounds like truth and feels like courage. Truth and courage aren’t always comfortable, but they’re never weakness.” ~ Brené Brown

The rebirth is a painful path, full of ups and downs, loss and love. How could it not be? How could a total and complete shedding of skin, of the comforts and ego-based fears not be excruciating?

The ego was designed to protect, but as it became out of balance, it hindered rebirths through those muddy and suffocating canals. Layers and layers of doubt, insecurity and the like, telling us we can’t be anything other than what the world told us to be; we can’t thrive, be adventurous and follow our joy.

The intention of your desires set out to the Universe starts the motion of movement, and once implanted, can’t be taken back. Just walk your walk, and trust that the Divine will guide, inspire and fulfill — if you believe.

As a healer, I know that you must release to receive, and you must open and heal in order to live a more fulfilling and powerful life. I see through the ashes of despair and the curtain of discovery. I see what’s on the other side for me, I see who I am and why I’m here. To heal, heal myself, help heal others, and send that love and magic to the whole world. No more hiding, no more self-loathing. It’s time for freedom!

Till the next time….
