16th August 2015 Connective Session: Forking Off

In this gathering, we worked towards forking off our unwanted beliefs systems. 

The Forking Off Process

A technique to shift our belief systems from the flawed or unwanted state to a more positive and helpful trend on the Emotional Guidance Scale and our Belief Guidance System. Shifting our emotions and thoughts process in the moment is a very very powerful part of attracting more of what we want in our life.

Belief

“A belief is nothing more than a chronic pattern of thought, and you have the ability—if you try even a little bit—to begin a new pattern, to tell a new story, to achieve a different vibration, to change your point of attraction.”

We invested some time to reflect on:

What is your belief system about SELF / ROMANCE / MONEY / HEALTH ?

Then, Kath went on to Fork out your flawed and unwanted belief system and “re-engineered” a helpful belief system into your unconscious & subconscious levels.

You are manifesting the essence of what you are thinking about.

As you imagine and visualize and verbalize your new story/belief , in time you will believe the new story, and when that happens, the evidence will flow swiftly into your experience. A belief is only a thought you continue to think; and when your beliefs match your desires, then your desires must become your reality.

Nothing else in your experience responds as quickly as your own physical body to your patterns of thought.
