Rebirthing Meditation

The subconscious is the “storehouse of misery”. The reason we suffer and we cannot get out of old habits of negativity is that the subconscious is overloaded. Rebirthing meditations help unclog the subconscious so that your “home within yourself” will shine and be purified. “A stinking subconscious blocks every happiness in life. If your subconscious is totally cleared and clean you’ll be a lot happier and more effective than you are today”. One of the meditation that helps to clear our negativity in our subconscious is the Mountain Meditation. By picturing in your mind’s eye as best you can the most beautiful mountain that you know or have seen or can imagine. Just holding the image and feeling of this mountain in your mind’s eye, letting it gradually come into greater focus.

By becoming the mountain in our meditation practice, we can link up with its strength and stability and adopt it for our own. We can use its energies to support our energy to encounter each moment with mindfulness and equanimity and clarity. It may help us to see that our thoughts and feelings, our preoccupations, our emotional storms and crises, even the things that happen to us, are very much like the weather on the mountain. We tend to take it all personally but its strongest characteristic is impersonal. The weather of our own lives is not to be ignored or denied. It is to be encountered, honoured, felt, known for what it is and held in awareness. And in holding it in this way, we come to know a deeper silence, and stillness, and wisdom. Mountains have this to teach us and much more if we can come to listen.

Incorporating lovingkindness meditation as part of the rebirthing meditation supports our awareness practices too. Lovingkindness meditation also helps to align and heal us mentally, physically and emotionally.

So the next time you do rebirthing meditation which is mainly breath works, try incorporating Mountain and Lovingkindness meditation into it and notice how the effects are benefiting you.

Till the next time.

Drop into the heart

Drop from your head to your heart. Immediately distractions will diminish and you’ll sense the spaciousness and peace of your Buddha nature. Just drop your awareness, your center of gravity. Don’t think about it. We can do all our meditations from this vantage point and it makes them a lot better.

The field of the heart provides us with direct access to our inner voice, inner wisdom and inner chamber of limitless potential along with creating a connection with universal consciousness. There are no limitations when accessing the field of the heart and similarly, there are no limitations to the infinite methods of noticing, listening, and speaking from the field of the heart.

When your attention takes you to a particular space or place within an individual’s field, you are not just interacting with that space or place. You are interacting with information. Everything in the universe is light, information, and resonance. When you observe a particular space or place, you create resonance with that information. It is the very act of observing information that provides the vehicle for transformation to occur.

The field of the heart is a torsion field. It looks like a doughnut comprised of two counter-rotating fields, with the inner torsion spinning in one direction and the outer torsion spinning in the opposite direction. Within these torsion fields, there is a vortex. Within the vortex, information couples with the torsion fields. This creates a certain amount of both inertia and momentum simultaneously, which helps the information pop through the vacuum as form, action and experience. In-form-ation as possibility creates experience directly from the field of the heart. Your thoughts creates your reality.

The torsion field (energetic grids)  of the heart is the very first thing that forms, even before the physical heart comes into manifestation, and everything emanates from that state of pure torsion. When you access the field of the heart, you access pure potentiality before that potentiality separates out from itself as experience.

The reason we drop down into the field of the heart is that it allows us to access that state of pure potentiality or neutrality. From the field of the heart we can access pure, undifferentiated states of information and energy potential before the information separates out as form, action or experience. The heart field is the gateway to the all that is and the all that is yet to be experienced.

When you drop down into the field of the heart, you don’t really feel, notice, or think anything related to that experience because it’s not experience yet. It’s just pure potentiality. Everything that we do in Matrix Energetics / energetic grids, we do from this pure potentiality and neutrality that is the field of the heart. From the field of the heart we have the access that allows transformation to occur because we are actually going back to before the collapse of the wave function.

Here is a 5:37′ guided meditation i found in youtube which i find it useful to kickstart a “Heart Drop Meditation” for beginners. Try it.

13th Feb 2016 Connective Session: Perspectives

With the Live Connective musical notes played by Katherine, we started checking out what lies ahead of us in the next 15 days with the help of our tarot cards through our healing music meditation

We all have our own personal path in life.

Our careers, our relationships, our spiritual path , our goals, our friendships , our material needs… Each decision we make is unique to ourselves.

But if there’s one thing we all have in common, it’s that no matter how different our paths may be, we’re all ultimately aiming for the same thing…

To experience more happiness and bliss.

But what elements of our lives contribute most to our happiness?

In 1960, Jung was interviewed by journalist Gordon Young, who asked, “What do you consider to be more or less basic factors making for happiness in the human mind?”
Jung answered:
“1. Good physical and mental health.
2. Good personal and intimate relationships, such as those of marriage, the family, and friendships.
3. The faculty for perceiving beauty in art and nature.
4. Reasonable standards of living and satisfactory work.
5. A philosophic or religious point of view capable of coping successfully with the vicissitudes of life.”
I find that the more mindful I am about happiness, the happier I become. Take the five factors Jung outlined above. By deliberately seeking to strengthen those elements of my life, I make myself happier.

In the second part of our soul nourishment, we were offered a meditative “meal”. This meditative meal is prepared by an Old Friend. Who is this Old Friend? Well, some of us called this old friend “ My Soul , A more matured and wiser ME” , An old man and even the previous life soul….” all these names are merely “Names”… Names are not important, what’s important are the essence of these “names” – these “Forms.”

After this meditative meal, Katherine hopes that all of you gained a new perspective of yourself.
Most of us struggle with seeing things from a different perspective. And many of us have to really work to view ourselves in a new light or give ourselves positive feedback. Kath hopes that by sharing this meditative “meal”, it will make it easier for you to pat yourself on the back and widen your horizons. It certainly has for me.

Namaste! Till our next gathering.

Who we are and What we do?

Our twice monthly Soul Nourishment Gatherings are categorised into four parts:

  1. The Awakening Series
  2. The Re-Alignment / Re-Imprinting Series
  3. The Power Booster Series
  4. The Integration Series

Katherine is committed to the transformation and evolution of human consciousness. This consciousness transformation arises through the integration of ancestral wisdom, which mirrors the evolutionary teaching of life itself. This is done in a supportive environment where people can voluntarily immerse in a guided process of self-realization.

The tools, practices and rites of passage that are cultivated within the sacred container of such a process allow each individual to resolve their cultural conditioning and uncover their unique existential qualities, talents and skills. From this realization, new ways are uncovered of harmoniously channeling and cultivating these gifts within a social community setting.

Being supported in the actualization journey of one’s true self while simultaneously supporting others reflects the symbiotic quality of Nature, which we are all a part of. This is a core value of Katcova. Being a conscious, responsible, open-hearted human being in a human body is the key to the blossoming of life on our planet.

25th Jan 2015 Connective Session: Mediation and The Money Game

Good day Beings of the flow…

Meditation helps us to quieten our mind. Allow us a space to relax and surrender with ease. Everyone should commit to at least once in a day to meditate even if it’s just for 1 min. Let’s make it our passion together to reach inwards to ourselves.

We then invested our time to share about the thought: Rest and Relax. The True surrender. Through the cycles of meeting with basic Space – as the element in which All Exists- we learn not only to dare to surrender- and die into this Space, but to relax and embrace fully the rest in the Blackness of non-existence and the Peace which is it. To truly awaken, the passion of Life needs to turn towards the silence of Space.

The third part of our time we discussed – “In fact, you have this root thought about just about everything. There’s not enough money, there’s not enough time, there’s not enough love, there’s not enough food, water, compassion in the world….. whatever there is that’s good, there’s just not enough.”

This race consciousness of “not-enough-ness” creates and recreates the world as you see it. It is time now to adopt a New Thought about all this.

We should re-programmed our mind to reach out to

Concept 1: There’s enough

Concept 2: Turn around your life by turning around your values.

Till our next meetup.

Passionately Sharing,

Katherine Goh
