27th June 2015 Connective Session: Silence ~ Connection

A day of silence is meant to be a day of self introspection to decide in values, eg: humility, love, patience, gratitude, etc… that should kept forever.

Silence meditation is a restorative and inspirational space for you to take-a-time out from the demands of busy-busy complicated lifestyles. Surrounded and protected by the matrices that Kath has prepared for that day, this is the time where you can take time-out, nourish your body and soul, and find yourself again.

We did two Meditations at our gathering.
1) Existence

2) Your 3 Value Words and how these words are aligned to your highest self.

Connection: Deep Connection with our inner and outer worlds.

In order for us to truly understand the world around us, we need to explore the world within us. This world is characterized by diversity, produces personal energy through creativity and innovation, and is organic in nature.

We may think that everything we are experiencing in our external reality is a reflection of our inner consciousness, therefore when we see negative events that we feel we aren’t presently creating, we become confused and frustrated. We start doubting the law of attraction and our reality creation powers. The truth is that although the outer world is a reflection of the inner world, it is only a partial reflection. What we see in the visible world is not all there is.

Like the tip of an iceberg, there is a whole portion that remains submerged under the surface of the water. The outer world is the exposed portion while the inner world is the hidden portion. When we create reality by setting an intention, there is an entire process of events that appears in the inner world. Each event is connected to another until finally the full manifestation of the intention is realized. What we see in the outer world is only part of the process as it unfolds over time.

When we see bad things happening, we wonder why it is so when we know we did not consciously intend them to happen. When we set an intention to create wealth, we may encounter loss. When we set an intention to have a better relationship with someone, we encounter obstacles or conflict to make it worse. Actually what we are facing is only temporary. Those very events that appear as bad are really not bad at all. They are just part of the process of things turning into our greatest good.

What is required at this point is Faith and Courage. And these are skills that can be learn. Have you learn them well?

“When you connect to the silence within you, that is when you can make sense of the disturbance going on around you.”

Till we meet again.

13th June 2015 Connective Session: The Creation Theory

This session we discussed The Creation Theory.

Creation Theory: The Creation Traditions and the “books”.

Note this is a story theory… There isn’t a need for you to agree or disagree. This is not Katherine’s objective for this session.

The purpose is for you to activate your thinking on this conversation and through our discussions expand your thoughts horizons.

The three parts of the wisdom of the whole universe.

1) Creation of Matter (地书 – Book of Earth) —- Book of Shadows

2) Creation of Universe (天书 – Book of Heaven) —— Book of Life

3) Creation of Life (人书 – Book of Human ) —–Book of the Dead- The Book of coming forth.

6 days of the creation story represent consecutive States in our spiritual rebirth and growth, the process that we call regeneration.

1) The first state, corresponding to the first day, is one of spiritual darkness, before our regeneration starts.

2) The second state, corresponding to the second day, is one of recognising that some things of faith and love come from the Universe while others come from ourselves. This enables us to separate worldly, external things from spiritual, internal things.

3) The third state is one of repentance, when we operate from internal motivation, but speak and act believing that these thoughts and actions come from ourselves.

4) The fourth state moves us forward to thinking and acting in faith and love because we feel we want to, rather than because we feel we ought to.

5)The fifth state is one of coming alive spiritually, when we recognize that the goodness and charity that flow from us are a consequence of the truth and faith we receive internally from the Universe.

6) Following on from this, the sixth state occurs when we realize and accept that the Universe Itself is the source of all love and wisdom that motivate us and guide us on our path back to home.

7) The seventh day, on which Universe rested, corresponds to the seventh state of regeneration, in which we rest in the peace and joy of allowing ourselves to be totally led by the Universe, knowing that IT will guide us through our present life on earth and our future life back home.

If we agree with this interpretation, we can accept both the scientifically calculated age of the earth AND the creation story in the book of Genesis as an allegory for the spiritual development, the regeneration, that we must undergo in order to live in “heaven” for eternity.

Till our next sharing…

31st May 2015 Connective Session: Ambition Thought Process

As we emerge from the world of spirit at the moment of birth, we started this journey of acquiring an identity that’s virtually opposite of our true self.  This is the “Ambition period” – The period of the development of the ego or the false self.

Its a sharp contrast to our “From-ness,” where Ambition was unknown largely because we simply allowed ourselves to be lived by What Is. We are our authentic self, free of interference.

Thus begins the journey of being nobody to being immersed in a “somebody in making”. Ego insists that we traverse from nothingness to something, from being nobody to being someone, from oneness to twoness, from unity to separation; the separation of our authentic self. It is this journey that requires us to edge God out and learn to believe in a false self.

Ego’s job at this stage is eliminating our nobody status by encouraging AMBITION and creating a new (albeit false) identity.

Snapshot_1

Ego is the cause of our troubles. If we want to live a happy, free and blissful life, we need to learn to search ego by ignoring it. But ego is great at resisting our effort to ignore it, and will do everything it can to prevent us from sacrificing our somebody status. Ego wants us to be a somebody who is more important than the other somebodies.

There are six lies that the ego wants us to believe:

1. Who I Am Is What I Have
2. Who I am is What I Do
3. Who I Am is What Others Think of Me
4. I am separate from Everyone Else
5. I Am Separate from What’s Missing in My Life
6. I AM Separate from God

Today in the world, we need to bring about simple sense – life sense. Right now, people only have ego sense, they have no life sense. They are ego sensitive, not life sensitive. When you are like this, you only see yourself as life, no one else is life. You can trample upon anything and anyone. But if you are life sensitive, everything is life in your experience, so you naturally behave very sensibly and respectfully with every other life around you. The ego will no longer be a problem if you become life sensitive and lies that ego wants you to believe in …. no longer have any interference to our lives.

Till our next sharing,

Katherine Goh

25th Apr 2015 Connective Session: Back to Twin Flames learning and connecting

Hello ….

We have discussed and Katherine had tried her best to explain this topic in the most transparent manner during our physical connective session.

Twin Flame(TF) is a new age concept describing a special soul connections between two souls. TF must be of Masculine and Feminine nature. With that said, it is not necessary a Male or female matter and neither human nor non-human nature.

Some of the characteristics of TF can be but not limited to similar dreams, familiarity of a soul, deep connectivity, unusual synchronicity or event that surrounds the initial meeting.

The purpose of TF is to learn our spiritual lessons together. Most TF couples are physically at a distance or live in different countries. Very Very often there is something that prevents the TF from physically together in the beginning. This is usually because there is much energetic work to be done on the mental and emotional levels before the physical meeting can occur. If the physical meeting were to occur too soon the energy can often be too intense.

You usually feel comfortable with your TF and you feel you can truly be yourself with them ;Your authentic self. Sometimes conversation seems to last forever and there is not much that TF are not willing to talk about.

TF love is not to be confused with lust or an obsessive love. TF love is unconditional and transcends the ego. If you found your TF it does not mean that the relationship will necessary be free from issues or personal conflict. There may still be lessons and healing that must take place between the twin souls.

Usually, the highest purpose of TF are the same. For instance if one is to serve humanity, the other will be also be similar.

And the final word for all, when u know u been talking about something, someone the whole night, you should know that the person or something is of importance in your heart.

In a realistic level, Katherine feels that its okay if we did not meet or reunite with our TF this lifetime. Its perfectly great if you meet other soulmates where you learn lessons with the other soul in its dynamics unless if your highest purpose is to find your twin flame and connect physically with him/her.

Learn and connect wholly.

Till our next connection….

11th Apr 2015 Connective Session: Expanding our Consciousness

Hello wisdom seekers,

Thank you for your time with me last saturday.

Spirituality is our way of life. How we live everyday reflects how wise one soul can be. If we live care- freely, we dance in our life. We are gentle yet assertive in our thoughts, actions and environment. We regain our Centred-ness, we are balanced and living in love, light and compassion.

Not a life about necessities, SOP or protocols. This way of living is too hard, harsh and imbalance.

Am sure one could feel the difference in energy densities.

Being a fool is a clever way of living. For a fool is one who knows everything. And a Fool is a student and teacher in the same plane. Ironical as it can be, but it’s the essence of living and a good life attitude.

Just like being vulnerable is actually courageous and strength. For one acknowledge him/herself for being weak. The process of acknowledge simultaneously creates strength.

No point justify or validate our thoughts or actions. That’s negative and living in fear.

We just AM and we just allow flow into our life. Flow comes with balance and the power of NOW.

One person at a time is how we change the world. When each of us awakens to the miracle of our own power, we shift from being victims of our lives to being conscious co-creators. When we awaken to the power within us, we come into alignment with the power of Creation and miracles happen. But in order to awaken this power, we need to activate an inner muscle that, when used over and over again, creates ripples of remembrance in our body-mind-soul, and plugs us into the field of infinite possibilities. It is here, in the invisible realm of miraculous power, that we choose how we want to  experience our life and our world.

Till our next connection….

29th March 2015 Connective Session: We may not be alone!

When enough of us wake up, everyone wakes up.

Last class, I shared that we may not be alone in the universe, nor are we alone here on Planet Earth. The Earth has been visited by advanced interstellar civilisation that can travel through other dimensions faster than the speed of light.

The universe is a vast and diversified place. Science believes that there is a strong probability that life may exist elsewhere in the universe, but until it can be verified, refuses to state it as fact. It is probable that the “source” of life did not disperse throughout the universe selectively, and therefore, if life exists on Earth, it must also exist on other worlds.

In my course of internet researched readings on this subject, i chanced upon an article “Scientific proof human race was created by aliens 2013 wrote about a group of researchers worked for 13 years at the Human Genome Project (Project completed in 2003) indicate that they made an astonishing scientific discovery: They believe so-called 97% non-coding sequences in human DNA is no less than genetic code of extraterrestrial life forms.

Could some type of Extraterrestrial or Inter-dimensional ‘Intelligence’ be responsible for the minute, amazing Intricacies within the creation of our very DNA?

I personally believe this to be the case, whether you theorize that from the very beginning we were ultimately an experiment or some form of ‘Creation’ project or the possibility that along our primitive path of “evolution” back in antiquity we were genetically tampered and altered over time to our present form.

I think these theories are just as credible, believable and they deserve further study & inquiry from the scientific community. ( Humanity needs to think outside their comfortable “bubble” as a whole ) if not even more so,than comparative beliefs & theories.

I trust we had great exposure together , expanding our thinking horizons keeping us more aware and sensitive to our internal and external space.

Till our next sharing.

Lessons learnt when i pay my last respect to Mr Lee Kuan Yew

Since one of my watsapp friend told my husband and me now that paying our last respect to Mr Lee Kuan Yew is operating 24hrs in the parliament, we decided perhaps should go and pay our last respect to our First Prime Minister. Flooded with media that Mr Lee was our founding father, i feel a more appropriate and sensitive way to address Mr Lee Kuan Yew, he was one of our founding fathers instead. I read that there are other founding fathers of our nation as well besides Mr Lee. See the shot shown below. The so-called “Big 5” ministers of Singapore’s founding Cabinet members in 1959.

We left home about 1.45am on 26th mar 2015, thinking should had lesser crowds as its in the wee hours. But No !
Arrive boat quay around 2am. While searching for the queue start point, we met a nice couple asking us if we are going to Parliament House and should join the queue at Hong Lim park. This is my first contact of “One consciousness” in this urban city for such a long time.

I was amazed and proud of the orderly queueing manner of Singaporeans. Not much people “cut queue” except for a very very small minority throughout the 2.5hrs queuing.

Bottled drinks and strawberry buns were given out along the queue-route.

The queue no longer was as reported like yesterday afternoon that needed to queue for 6-8hrs.I think we were lucky. It’s was a breezy night. I took the opportunity to re-look at our financial hub in this night. It was a peaceful night. So much has changed in this part of Singapore where I used to work there some 17 years ago.

My husband commented we were actually walking down the path of LKY.

The route: Hong Lim Park- OCBC Centre- Singapore Land Tower- Bank Of China- Fullerton Hotel- Cavenach Bridge – Victoria concert hall – Singapore River – Civilisation Museum-Parliament House.

Normally, I would not have the chance to walk along this route. This time I took the opportunity to stop by, reflect, read some of the statues’ descriptions and even saw Deng Xiao Ping Figurine at Singapore River. I feel that although I am a Singaporean, I have not understand deep enough of my nation. Somehow, I took Singapore and Mr Lee for granted. At this moment, I am deep with gratitude for all that he had done for Singapore, both right or wrong.

When we were nearer to the last stop, there are condolences cards and pens available for those of us who wants to write our condolences messages. We wrote ours briefly.

We were then directed to the area for inspection; checks on our bags. (Tips: As there will be security checks, it is also advisable not to carry too many items, to cut down waiting time and ensure a smooth flow of the queue.)

Honestly, all came a little fast. Before I knew it, I am already inside Parliament House and the photo of Mr Lee was not far.

There were bodyguards and ushers around and one officer kept on saying: “move forward… Move Forward…” As I walked, I bowed 3 times… But it was just too fast to process any thoughts… My thoughts only started to conjure when I am out of the entrance door. And there I saw queue waiting to enter the Parliament House for their turn.  The snake-like queue do not seemed to stop forming since 25th March 2015 and may just be like this till the 29th March 2015.

Although, I felt it was just too fast for me to pay my last respect to Mr Lee but based on mathematical calculations, this has to be the way. Imagine 4 millions people going to pay their last respect within 4 days? Say 1 million people per day, that will be 41,666 people an hour and 1736 people in a minute..that is an enormous figures.

So what are the lessons i learned ?

1) The Unity of ONE Singaporeans; One Nation. I feel it in the air…in the gestures of Singaporeans.

2) A world-class civilised Singaporeans. Look at our orderly peaceful queue. Period!

3)An efficient Singapore. Look at how fast rest stops were setup along the routes, complimentary drinks and buns were given..

4) A continuous learning and willingness to change for the better attitude. Always fine-tuning to better systems. Look at the decisions to operate 24hrs public transport system or the 24hrs opening of the Parliament House for public to pay their last respect to Mr Lee and a separate lane for those on wheelchairs, who are pregnant, with special needs, and families with young children and elders .

Honestly, there were decisions of Mr Lee that I do not agree, such as his autocratic leadership, too much control over his people and nation medias alike or his imprisonment over his opponents without trial, etc. But no doubts, the results of Singapore today shows what was the best for Singapore at his time. And he did what was necessary for the best of our Singapore at that time. Who am I to say he was right or wrong? He understands Singapore deeper and wider than I did. Period.

Mr Lee will lives in the hearts of all Singaporean. He will continue to be our learning mentor through the wisdom he left for us. He left us with systems – systems of values of meritocracy, multi-racialism and non-corruptibility and SIngaporean should built the foundations laid by our pioneers.

Now, my concern as like many younger generations Singaporeans are: What will be the future of our nation? How can we do our part to continue building a better Singapore? Providing Singaporeans and our future generations a better sustainable lives?

As I am writing this, I don’t know. All I know is if Singaporeans are United, Strong, Determined, Never Give Up Attitude, Flexible and always look out for better ways to improve ourselves (not being complacent), WE, Singaporeans will Stand Tall and live the Spirit of Mr Lee Kuan Yew.

08th March 2015 Connective Session: Self-Improvement Meditation

Good day wisdom seekers,

It’s really a blessings that we could gathered together yesterday night to mediate and understand what are the areas of our life that required improvement.

We also had the chance to meditate on the subject: KARMA and allow the meditation energies to cleanse our negativity and bad karma and ground us simultaneously

Kat also shared that plants are not nerds and they do have feelings same as animals. And they do talked back. So thus such awareness reminds us that both vegetable and animal proteins are the same. We should be thankful for all the food we consume.

Kat also shared about UFO or extra-terrestrial which kat choose to term as our “ancestors”. Will share more on this subjects through our future sessions.

I trust we all had great conversations together to expand our thinking horizons keeps us more aware and sensitive to our internal and external space.

See you all again on 29th March.

31st Jan 2015 Connective Session: Stop Trying to learn

Good Day Angels of Light,

It was awesome to gather with all of you again last saturday.

We have invested our time to connect and appreciate the following concept: Stop Trying to learn

Life is not a school. We are here not to learn but to Create. The deepest secret is that life is not a process of discovery, but a process of creation. You are not discovering yourself, but creating yourself anew. Seek, therefore, not to find out Who You Are, seek to determine Who You Want to Be.

Life (as you call it) is an opportunity for you to know experientially what you already know conceptually. You need learn nothing to do this. You need merely remember what you already know, and act on it.

Your job on Earth, therefore, is not to learn (because you already know), but to remember Who You Are. And to remember who everyone else is.

Our life has nothing to do with self-discovery. And we have nothing to learn. Stop looking all over the place for “the answers” – whatever they are – and start looking for the questions – the inquiries which are most important in our life- and give them answers.

Passionately Sharing,

Katherine Goh
