Karma Is Connection

Karma can best be understood in the timelessness of life. If we can consider that we actually live in a timeless eternity, then we can begin to understand the relativity of life, and the notion of reincarnation. Many skeptics will disagree, and argue the points against reincarnation because “it can’t be proved”. However the best way to understand life is to validate it and prove it to your self. You don’t have to convince anyone else of anything.

If we are a spiritual soul, then our essence is timeless. The physical body form is simply the vehicle for the expression of our spirit. The conscious mind cannot remember everything that has ever happened throughout time, because the conscious mind is finite. It cannot explore or define infinity. The conscious mind is an excellent practical tool for studying, analyzing and recording data.

However, the timeless remembrance of experiences is stored in the repository of our soul memory and greater spiritual I AM. This is where all experiences are recorded (akashic record). We can only access this realm through meditation, which requires the calming of the five senses, to reach our neutral point of essence. In this space of quietude, it is possible to invoke the higher vibrational field of our soul memory and greater I AM, as a portion of Universal Consciousness.

The only other way is through conscious dream recall, which usually occurs only when it is relevant to a particular phase of our spiritual development.

So in this timeless eternity, we do not measure time with clocks, days, or working weeks. Time is really only a measurement of events, or issues.

In timeless eternity everything progresses through a series of cycles, and tasks. When one cycle or task is completed, then a new one begins, and so forth. So this follows then that our soul essence is also timeless, and that life proceeds through embodiment in the physical world, the laboratory of spirit.

This is the Continuity of Life. The soul chooses to re-embody (reincarnate) into a physical dimension (reality) for further expression, creativity, growth and development. In every new situation it will attract the relevant (Connection) cause and effect patterns that it has set up in the past. This is an ongoing part of our soul development and learning from our own creations. We are co-creators with the Original Creator – God (or whatever we perceive God to be).

A REASON: Everything that happens, is happening for a reason. There is an order to life that extends far beyond one lifetime of existence, or our legal and political laws. The natural law of cause and effect is what maintains order and balance in what may appear to be absolute chaos. This in effect, is natural justice.

Eastern philosophies call this Karma. In the Western world we have a term of; “what goes around, comes around”, which is similar. In any case, this is the Law of the Circle, or Cycles. Karma however, is not about punishment. It is about Cyclical Connection.

Karma is about learning and growth, and understanding through direct life experience, through “meeting Self”. We can be told something verbally which may make sense, but it can be easily forgotten, or not practiced. This can also be the case with mental or academic learning. However, whatever is learned through direct life experience, will be remembered on all levels, physical, emotional, mental, and at the soul level.

We are co-creators with all of life. We can be the masters of our connection – cause and effect. We can face life with confidence if we can understand the purpose of life and the true science of life at all levels. We can be aware of the consequences of choice. We can understand how cause and effect (Cyclical Connection) is part of the evolutionary journey of life.  We can then understand the connection of life- We are ONE.

Karma

In Kath’s thoughts, the word Karma is simply a description –  Let’s assume Karma as NOT  “a thing – Deed”, rather it is a Connection – No Good or Bad , just Connection.
Karma is just one of the many descriptions for Connection – Connection or Bond attached to grids of events , people , things..etc..in differing time-space plane.

Mindsets that you bring into this life with you are also your “karma (Connection)”. If you have a mindset that you are not good enough, the belief will inevitably draw into your life things and people that make you feel inferior or weak.

Positive beliefs create good “karma (Connection)” in your life. Wonderful things then happen. You are responsible for your own mindset, so change your beliefs if they do not serve you in a positive manner.

Your health is your karma (Connection). Before you incarnated you chose your family, your life challenges and your mission. You also chose your body and your genetic predisposition. Your moment by moment choices of thoughts and emotions will affect your vitality and health. This is your karma (Connection).

The balance sheet of your karma (Connection) is known as your *Akashic Records, which is a recorded history of all of your lives and life experiences and lessons. Karma (Connection) is carried forward from lifetime to lifetime. We may not experience the consequences of our actions until a subsequent lifetime. Because of this there is often no obvious and visible correlation between an action and its consequence/s.

The higher our vibration, the more quickly karma (Connections) returns to us. Some are subjected to ‘instant karma (Connection)’. If you feel that you never get away with anything, you may be experiencing instant karma (Connection). This means that whatever you give out comes back to you, instantly. It is a sign that you are becoming more evolved because your karmic (Connection) balance sheet is being kept up to date. Your soul is no longer allowing you to accumulate debt.

*Akashic Records
The majority of the world’s cultures, faiths and philosophers generally agree that the Akashic Records exist. The Hindus believe in a universal substance call ‘akasha’ – from which the natural elements of water, fire, earth and air were created.

The Akashic Records are perceived to be the collective memories and histories of every thought, physical and emotional vibration, sound, major event, minor incident and all movement in eternity. The Akashic Records are the entire history of everything that ever has been, and everything that ever will be. They could be looked upon as a ‘memory bank’ containing details about everything that happens in the Universe, and information about every spirit and the many lives they have lived.

With Love & Light.

Love & Compassion

“Love and compassion…are the ultimate source of human happiness, and the need for them lies at the very core of our being.” – Dalai Lama

From Prime Creator were birthed polarities from a field of compassion: Yin and Yang; Light and Dark.

The sacred energy of love and compassion, the Great Heart of the World, embraces us all, without condition, unifying all of life, unifying the whole creation within the warm spirit of kindness, appreciation and concern. With good fortune (accumulation of good karma), we may meet people in whom this unfettered love shines strongly, allowing all around to bask in its light. The great saints and bodhisattvas, utterly emptied of themselves, transmit such love and compassion. Whenever we look into another person’s eyes and recognize the sameness, that person and I are the same, not really separate, this is love.

When we hear of or see another person’s misfortune, and we feel the pain of their suffering, and are moved to extend the help that lies within our power, this is compassion. For this we need strength, because suffering lies all around us. The daily news’ litany of catastrophes and evil deeds, large and small, could devastate us, were we awake to the whole of it and lacked the strength to bear it. But awakening through spiritual practice brings its own strength. And the suffering we see is more than balanced by the joy that flows to us along with love, protecting the compassionate from being overwhelmed by the force of suffering.

Universal love lies far beyond its pale imitation in the lower energies, where emotional attachment turns from “love” to hate, jealousy, or despair. Nevertheless, the world is so constructed that it remains within our possibilities to participate in love knowingly. But that can only happen to the degree we empty ourselves of ourselves.

Self-referential motives, self-centeredness, attachment, expectation of something in return, grasping, setting of conditions, partial-heartedness – none of these have any place in love and, in practice, completely block the action of love. Placing ourselves first and at the center forecloses the possibility of love. Yet moments do come even to us, perhaps with our family or our pets or unexpectedly with a stranger, when we are briefly free of egocentric attachment and the true heart of objective love opens within us. In unguarded moments, our natural response to people is friendship, one of the faces of love. To be able to love is a goal lofty and worthy enough to sustain our long journey along the path, drawing us ever forward.

Our common mother, the Earth, also loves, loves each one of us and all life in her biosphere. Like a self-centered and petulant child, we only too rarely return this love. And like a child, we so take for granted the love of our mother Earth, that we do not even recognize it. Yet her love is there for us individually, in nature and in the city, if we can but open to it.

One simple expression of it manifests as the beauty with which nature adorns herself. And there are other more direct expressions we may perceive, including a reservoir of spiritual energies within the Earth that we can draw upon. But as a species, we need to mature and not expect the Earth to continue indefinitely absorbing every insult and injury we pile upon her. We push these limits at the Earth’s, and our own, peril. The Earth gives and gives and gives, perhaps more than she can afford. But because our collective strength now exceeds our collective wisdom, the Earth needs us to find a place in our hearts for her.

By our inner work, by opening to higher energies, by purifying our will and intentions, we help cleanse our collective will, raise our collective level of being, and give back to the Earth and to human society. And we do this for love.

Love manifests in many forms, but always serves to unify. Love’s unmistakable hallmark dissolves our veils of isolation and separation, allowing us to become more fully ourselves within the sweet scent of merging.

Life Cycles of the Mind

There are events that occur in the mind that are considered cycles. Life events also occur in cycles. Life events are simply reflections of events that have occurred in the mind.

For example, when we conclude a relationship, such as in divorce, we have decided to end a cycle of development within our minds. We perhaps developed trust within a partnership which may preclude us to develop a sense of belonging. This relationship then advanced our mind in a direction of learning the value of taking time to be with others.

Once we’ve learned how to belong and hence now know how to make time for others, we may not need the relationship that created the circumstances for our learning. So we will end the relationship once it has served its purpose.

These are concepts one should know because it is how life cycles work. Many think of life cycles as the physical or numerical age of a person. Spiritually, life cycles are determined by the experiences one has lived through as well as their level of understanding within their mind.

There are always varying degrees of how things change. Just don’t ever expect the change to be to the level of your preference. The level of change will always be equal to the level of one’s consciousness, whatever that might be. We cannot judge how long the cycles last or at what age it should or should not be completed or begun. Cycles of learning can last for many lifetimes. People who have worked with me long enough know to ask if someone in their life will change enough to a degree of compatibility “in this lifetime!”. Yes, cycles of learning often times continue from this lifetime onto the next. For the most part….what you see is what you get as far as people are concerned. Change at the mental and spiritual levels take lifetimes before it can be expressed consistently on a physical level. You can often tell what changes has truly taken place by looking at the life events, that is the reflection of their mental learning and hence spiritual evolvement or de-evolvement- Remember that!

There is no need to judge. The level of consciousness can evolve or de-evolve. Each person decides for themselves which road to take in what they want to create for themselves. Not all souls are interested in evolving as many may assume; therein lies our skill in discerning who to let in or to keep out of our lives. If a person or situation is compatible for you, then great. If it is not compatible for you, then choose differently so the outcome can be better in your life. Drama does not need to necessarily play out negatively in your life. Simply choose differently and consider the events in your life as a reflection of your level of consciousness, good or bad.

Till the next time….

Mind – an advanced aspect of your true being

Many hold the belief that the mind is somewhat part of the brain or connected to another physical part of the human body. This is incorrect as the human brain is very physical and can be realised within the range of the five main senses. It is physical object that the eyes can see and the hand can hold.

The mind on the other hand is not physical. It cannot be seen with the eyes, measured with instruments or repaired in surgery. This entails that the brain is not the mind, but simply a part of the physical body. There is nothing within the body that can be identified as being the mind because your body and mind are different. For example, sometimes, when your body is relaxed and immobile, the mind can be very busy, darting from one thought to another.

If the mind is neither the brain nor any other part of the body, then what is it? It is a formless continuum that functions to perceive and understand objects. Because the mind is formless or non-physical by nature, it is not obstructed by physical objects, -an advanced aspect of your true being.

It is very important to be able to distinguish the disturbed states of mind from peaceful states. Only an unbalanced state of mind can disturb your inner peace. Thoughts based on anger, jealousy and desirous attachment can be labelled ‘delusions’, the principal underlying cause for much of humanity’s suffering.

You may think that your suffering is caused by other people, poor material conditions or society, but in reality, it derives from your own deluded states of mind. The essence of most Soulvana (Spiritual) practices is to reduce and eventually eradicate your delusions and replace them with permanent inner peace. This is a large aspect of human life.

An essential understanding in which you need to align with is that liberation from suffering cannot be found outside of mind and your own heart. Permanent liberation can only be realised by purifying the mind. Therefore, if you want to become free from problems and attain lasting peace and happiness, then you need to increase your knowledge and understanding of how the mind operates.

Scientific research suggests that humans are only using about 8% to 12% of their brain power; the same goes for the capacity of the mind. When we are consciously awake, we are utilising 10% of the mind. The other 90% is the subconscious mind, which is programmable similar to a computer. Many have been programmed by outside sources in ways only the subconscious intelligence can define and store, mainly from symbolic advertisements, radio, TV, society’s expectations and so on. This conditioning can build up layers of an illusory personality, causing somebody to never be themselves from heart, a catalyst for suffering and unhappiness.

You may have heard the term ‘thoughts are things’, as there are many published self-help books available centred on the subject of thought power. Remember, you are a creator being in the creator universe. Anything is possible with the right knowledge, dedication and self-belief.

Drop into the heart

Drop from your head to your heart. Immediately distractions will diminish and you’ll sense the spaciousness and peace of your Buddha nature. Just drop your awareness, your center of gravity. Don’t think about it. We can do all our meditations from this vantage point and it makes them a lot better.

The field of the heart provides us with direct access to our inner voice, inner wisdom and inner chamber of limitless potential along with creating a connection with universal consciousness. There are no limitations when accessing the field of the heart and similarly, there are no limitations to the infinite methods of noticing, listening, and speaking from the field of the heart.

When your attention takes you to a particular space or place within an individual’s field, you are not just interacting with that space or place. You are interacting with information. Everything in the universe is light, information, and resonance. When you observe a particular space or place, you create resonance with that information. It is the very act of observing information that provides the vehicle for transformation to occur.

The field of the heart is a torsion field. It looks like a doughnut comprised of two counter-rotating fields, with the inner torsion spinning in one direction and the outer torsion spinning in the opposite direction. Within these torsion fields, there is a vortex. Within the vortex, information couples with the torsion fields. This creates a certain amount of both inertia and momentum simultaneously, which helps the information pop through the vacuum as form, action and experience. In-form-ation as possibility creates experience directly from the field of the heart. Your thoughts creates your reality.

The torsion field (energetic grids)  of the heart is the very first thing that forms, even before the physical heart comes into manifestation, and everything emanates from that state of pure torsion. When you access the field of the heart, you access pure potentiality before that potentiality separates out from itself as experience.

The reason we drop down into the field of the heart is that it allows us to access that state of pure potentiality or neutrality. From the field of the heart we can access pure, undifferentiated states of information and energy potential before the information separates out as form, action or experience. The heart field is the gateway to the all that is and the all that is yet to be experienced.

When you drop down into the field of the heart, you don’t really feel, notice, or think anything related to that experience because it’s not experience yet. It’s just pure potentiality. Everything that we do in Matrix Energetics / energetic grids, we do from this pure potentiality and neutrality that is the field of the heart. From the field of the heart we have the access that allows transformation to occur because we are actually going back to before the collapse of the wave function.

Here is a 5:37′ guided meditation i found in youtube which i find it useful to kickstart a “Heart Drop Meditation” for beginners. Try it.

Love & Compassion brings us Happiness , Confidence and Self-worth

The reason why love and compassion bring the greatest happiness is simply that our nature cherishes them above all else. The need for love lies at the very foundation of human existence. It results from the profound interdependence we all share with one another. We are all connected as One.

However capable and skillful an individual may be, left alone, he or she will not survive. However vigorous and independent one may feel during the most prosperous periods of life, when one is sick or very young or very old, one must depend on the support of others.

Inter-dependence, of course, is a fundamental law of nature. Not only higher forms of life but also many of the smallest insects are social beings who, without any religion, law or education, survive by mutual cooperation based on an innate recognition of their interconnectedness. The most subtle level of material phenomena is also governed by interdependence. All phenomena from the planet we inhabit to the oceans, clouds, forests and flowers that surround us, arise in dependence upon subtle patterns of energy. Without their proper interaction, they dissolve and decay.

It is because our own human existence is so dependent on the help of others that our need for love lies at the very foundation of our existence. Therefore we need a genuine sense of responsibility and a sincere concern for the welfare of others.

If you have a sincere and open heart, you naturally feel self- worth and confidence, and there is no need to be fearful of others.

Our Heart and Mind

Exploring and expanding our Love and Compassion is a Sacred Journey of the Heart combining the science and spirit of our connection. It reveals how modern science is proving what ancient peoples have known all along: we are all connected – and that connection is the human heart.
The heart is the single organ that not only creates a unified field among all people but also creates a harmonic field with the earth itself.

Your physical heart exists in one place, just as your physical brain exists in one place. But the energetic qualities of heart and mind are vibrations — not objects. You know that energy qualities are not limited to one location. Could it be that the qualities of heart and mind live within every cell of your body? Could each atom of your aura carry the inner resonance of love and wisdom?

You can find the answers to these questions only through your own inner spiritual experiences. I can tell you about it, but you can only really prove it to yourself through your own personal experience. But that’s how it is with spiritual reality — no matter how many people insist that something is true, you can only verify it through your inner realizations.

Beyond thinking and feeling

Heart and mind are more than just feeling and thinking. They have deep mysterious essences that exist within you, as living consciousness vibrating within you. Your own body is a sacred temple for your soul, and your soul is made of divine substance. Your divine soul contains the energies of cosmic love and cosmic wisdom, in every particle of itself.

When you recognize that the energies or qualities of love and wisdom can be felt or sensed in every part of your body, you understand the famous statement that you are a spiritual being having a human experience.

Your body is a living tuning fork that is sensitive to divine truth. This is the reason for the ancient advice to find the truth within you. Your inner tuning fork is tuning into the deepest essence of your soul; what many people call their higher self.

The divine Creator that created you exists deep within all of its creations.

Being infinite, divine essence has no definite form or fixed nature. So to simplistically say that heart is love is a limited understanding. In the same way, to say that mind is wisdom is a limited understanding. Beyond wisdom, there is wisdom-love, and beyond love, there is love-wisdom. Love and wisdom are not in conflict. And when they seem to be, then you haven’t yet accessed your deeper levels of perception for the particular situation where the conflict seems to exist.

And beyond these labels of love, compassion, and wisdom, there is the quiet space where you just know that you know. The simple truth, beyond words, beyond logic, and beyond emotions, is always deep within you. But it’s not what you expect, and not as spiritually grand or exciting as you would suppose. But as you may have realized, it’s quietly sublime, rather than dramatically grand; it is balanced cosmic simplicity.

May your explorations into deep heart and deep mind bring you serene inner delight. As you gently explore the deeper truths, you resonate with the divine center of the cosmos, and the universal radiance shines forth within your infinite heart and mind. Beyond love, beyond logic, and beyond poetry — your deep center is the cosmic source of love and wisdom.

Mind is Clarity

Sometimes the biggest questions you can ask yourself—Who am I? What is my purpose? Where can I find fulfilment? What is the mind?—come down to a very simple one: What shall I do today? Its all boils down to two words CLARITY & AWARENESS.

The world’s wisdom traditions tell us to look inside for the real obstacles that block the way to fulfillment. Outer demands will always fill the time given to them. Pitching into the swirling activity of daily life inevitably makes existence seem stressed and chaotic. What you can do instead is to examine your reality “in here,” which is where clarity can be found. This method is heavily weighted on our mind. Therefore, Kath feels that our Mind is one of the many Clarity Tools we have.

World’s wisdom tradition teaches that the unsettled mind comes about through one thing only: losing sight of who we really are. You can’t be a puppet of outside demands and pressures unless you see yourself as secondary while the world “out there” is primary. After all, how can you eat, put a roof over your head, raise a family, and so on without plunging into the hard realities of daily existence? The answer lies in finding out who you really are—a conscious agent who can choose, at any time, to live from the level of the true self.

Are you living your true self today? Live life with clarity.
