Good day Beings of the flow…

Meditation helps us to quieten our mind. Allow us a space to relax and surrender with ease. Everyone should commit to at least once in a day to meditate even if it’s just for 1 min. Let’s make it our passion together to reach inwards to ourselves.

We then invested our time to share about the thought: Rest and Relax. The True surrender. Through the cycles of meeting with basic Space – as the element in which All Exists- we learn not only to dare to surrender- and die into this Space, but to relax and embrace fully the rest in the Blackness of non-existence and the Peace which is it. To truly awaken, the passion of Life needs to turn towards the silence of Space.

The third part of our time we discussed – “In fact, you have this root thought about just about everything. There’s not enough money, there’s not enough time, there’s not enough love, there’s not enough food, water, compassion in the world….. whatever there is that’s good, there’s just not enough.”

This race consciousness of “not-enough-ness” creates and recreates the world as you see it. It is time now to adopt a New Thought about all this.

Concept 2: Turn around your life by turning around your values.

July 12 2014 Connective Session: Who are your guardian angels.

Everybody on this planet has a guardian angel — it’s about time you talk to yours! They are waiting patiently by your side to ease you through the trials and tribulations of everyday life. Even if you’re skeptical at first, there’s no harm in giving it a try – everyone needs a sympathetic ear from time to time, don’t they?

Spirit Guides

Guardian angels are sometimes confused with “spirit guides.” A spirit guide is a loving being who has lived upon the earth in human form. This person then received special training in the afterlife about how to become a spirit guide.

Angels

These are the beings of light who respond to our calls for guidance, assistance, protection, and comfort. God’s thoughts of love create angels. The angels are here to help us, especially when our intent is to bring joy and healing to the world. Ask for as many angels as you want to surround you. Ask for angels to surround your loved ones, your home, and your business. Angels receive great joy at helping us, and they ask only that we occasionally remember to say, “Thank you” in gratitude for their help.

Archangels

These are the angels who supervise the guardian angels and angels upon the earth. You might think of archangels as the “managers” among the earthly angels’ hierarchy. You can call upon an archangel whenever you need powerful and immediate assistance.

In this class, we are bless to connect with our guardian angel and spirit guides. A session of series meditations to connect with our guides. 

  1. Go into a state of meditation.
  2. Greet your angel.
  3. Get to know your angel.
  4. Always remember to say goodbye and show gratitude to your angel
  5. Practice. Meditation is an art of itself and so is talking to your angel. You may find that at the beginning you’re not really feeling what you’re hoping to feel. Don’t worry; that will go away with time.

We also used our tarot cards to guide us in connecting with our guardian angels. Below is the spread we use.

June 28th 2014 Connective Session: Half Yearly Review

By doing half yearly review, I find that it helps me take stock of what went well and why, and what I need to work on.

I like to think that if I’m 6 months into the year, then technically I should be a half of the way through my goals.

Well, I know it’s not that simple or straightforward but it helps to have something to aim towards. 

We are nearly half-way through the year and my question to you is this – are you on track with your goals?

Over the last six months we have dropped a goal, missed some and just reached others. I enjoy the half yearly goals check up. I see it as a time to review, refocus and restart. Sometimes we have dwelled too much on what we haven’t achieved and not recognised appropriately or celebrated our successes. This is a chance to reward ourselves if our goals are accomplished. 

Reviews my 2014 goals are: 

  1. Me – I am less rushed and more peaceful. Investing time to increase my knowledge on dharma.
  2. Family  –  I spend more time chatting with mum to know her thoughts and emotions. Quality conversations.
  3. Relationship – We have more time together on our own and support each others interests. We spend more QUALITY time doing things together, such as DIY crafts and leave our car at home and do the walks to the supermarket or the evening walks in the park.
  4. Work –Need to improved on this area!
  5. House – Middle of the renovation and should be ready for new house warming by November this year.
  6. Family Planning – Need to improved on this area!
  7. Financial Planning/Investment – On track and need to find new resources and networks. 

Why It’s So Important to Have Time to Think about our status of our yearly goals (and How to Find It)?

Take the time each and every day to recharge and think.

You can’t think of big pictures without actually having the time and the space to step back. You need to do this without clients calling you every three seconds, without the to-do lists that weigh heavy on your shoulders, and if you can afford it, a retreat might actually be the best way to do it.

I couldn’t afford a retreat this year in time, but I found a few other ways to disconnect from everything and take the time to think about the overall scope of my business and my career. Here are a few:

  1. Go for a daily run.
  2. Take an hour before bed to think about your goals
  3. Travel
  4. Meditate & Tarot Guidance

May 1st 2014 Connective Session: Looking For Space Within

Looking for space in our life, fills up the space in our life. It exhausts us and makes us feel more and more frantic, and takes us further from help. Let the spaciousness of life find us. It is always here, which is precisely where we are.

These words give me pause for reflection each time I read them. They are an inspiring guide to living life. When we are confused or feel lost, then sit down and relax. Find your Middle Ground. Knowing that help is here in the space we are already in…..

Today session, we are working on a mental exercise – Looking For Space Within

This mental exercise is to helps train the mind to become aware of the space we are already in rather than the object that fill it or making us look outside of us.

When you look in any direction, try to make yourself aware of the spaces between the objects, rather than the objects themselves, as though what you were seeing was a picture on paper and you were able to use scissors to cut out the objects themselves, leaving only spaces between them. This exercise can expand the perceptions and help you to escape from preoccupations with the material world.

As you slowly open your eyes, imagine the sunrise coming out of your eyes and shining light on to a new day.
