Take a Refreshing Dip

My Bali vacation in March 2012 was awesome. My husband and i had the privilege to cleanse and purify our Body, Soul and Spirit. We also took this opportunity to cleanse our crystals with the holy water. In Hindu rituals, water is used to cleanse the devotees before and after praying. Before praying to the shrines of Tirtha Empul (where the holy water is), we dipped ourselves into the pool of natural spring water. The water is very REFRESHING!

Kabbalists teach that immersing ourselves in water is one of the greatest tools for spiritual healing. They call it a mikveh, a specifically designed pool of water meant to cleanse our body and soul. Water is the closest earthly form that resembles the spiritual essence of the Light of the Creator. Think of water as liquid Light. Our bodies are more than 70 percent water. When the body is completely immersed, so that not even a single hair remains outside of the water, spiritual darkness is purified.

Special mikvehs exist throughout the world, constructed to specific measurements. But if you can’t get to one, dipping in the ocean, or lake or any natural body of water can do the trick. If all else fails, even the pool will suffice.

When was the last time you visited our great Ocean? Perhaps its time to do it again…

When was the time you connect back to nature: the spring  and/or the waterfall?

If you are living in the urban city, why not the dip into your nearest swimming pool for a refreshing dip?

June 2012 Connective Goal Setting Session – Love is the Highest Form of Energy

Hello Goal Setters,

I always been sharing that without “Love”, nothing can be accomplished, of course your Goals inclusive. You find no purpose, meanings and fulfillment in whatever you engaged in your life journey.

Energy vibrates at different frequencies. Love forces vibrate at the highest frequency. Forces of inferior kind show lower frequencies. Love has been seen as the greatest energy of life or the unified field of consciousness.

Those who are in love vibrate at high frequency and can get that frequency throughout the mind and emotions just by recalling the feeling of being in pleasant situations with the beloved ones.

The lack of love opens the door to inferior beings that enter with arms charged with negativity, anxiety, fear, sadness, hate, phobia, etc. Love nourishes health. Negative emotions nourish illness.

In our previous session, we have shared that we need to Focus our Energy – Restructure our Energy. The Chart on the left speaks a thousand words about what you need to aware of. We have also discussed about your tools and solutions on Love that were presented to you individually.Recall the Love meditation you had engaged in class and once again watched the miracles that Universe has bestowed upon you.

Focus : Restructure your Energy
1) Know Where you are going  – Awareness – “Being Present in Love”
2) How you are going to do it? – Tools and Solutions
3) What is going on around you?  – Flow

Next class, we will share and reveal more on Love.

May 2012 Connective Goal Setting Session – Getting into the momentum of love – Letting love leads…

“Love doesn’t make the world go round. Love is what makes the ride worthwhile.”  Franklin Jones

 Hello Goal Setters,
Last month session, we had deep realization that love is the most important triggers in our life. All of us need “nourishment” through LOVE. Love will build your foundation for Personal Success.

There is such a thing as the perfect correspondence between Man and Woman. An alchemy that happens in one wink. In one instant only, is born this attraction superior to all attractions, a spiritual turn which we call : Love

Love is the most powerful of feelings able to animate (anima=soul in latin) us amongst those feelings which make us STAND upright facing life, filled with the mission of loving the Other, others.

In our May sharing session, I had stressed the importance of allowing LOVE into your life so you have sense of purpose in what you do. You see Light in your life. You are Guided.

Love is the sole value known that is only enriched by the gift of self to the other and reciproquely. It is the supreme freedom of shared happiness in the shaking that is imposed to us – an evidence of happiness. You are free to choose your constraint. It’s not the relationship constraining you, it’s you choosing freely the person to whom you will offer the emotional part of your freedom. It’s important to see it positively in acting and not passively like “he or she took my freedom”… We are actors of our love life. The constraint is in refusing it.

Happiness consists of harmonizing with one’s Heart, the great master of life.

All this is found far from calculations, from one’s life organization, from the dock-like regulation of one’s feelings or emotions. Those who protect themselves perhaps are not hurting, but ignore this formidable push towards joy, this hymn to live that is echoed unto the sky, carrying us and transporting us with a superhuman strength toward our objectives, allowing to attain them.

Give thanks to be as you are and keep answering the beckoning of Love with the same Faith, you’ll find on your path this person with whom you will exchange the same Force. And you will be invincible.

I cannot resist concluding this piece with a last quote from Khalil Gibran who generated these reflections : “Love is a word of Light written with a hand of Light on a page of Light. Love is the sole freedom existing in this world . Because it elevates the soul to a supreme rank which neither human rules nor their mores can reach and which neither laws nor Natural Order can govern it. Action is the Image of Love.”

Apr 2012 Connective Goal Setting Session

Hello Goal Setters,

Having great idea is great, however what’s the use of them if we do not TAKE ACTION on them? With respect to goals, projects, and other to-do items, it’s easy to get stuck too long in the thinking and planning phase. You can sit around writing and rewriting your goals, delving into your subconscious mind, working through emotional blocks, summoning the power of Thor… whatever.  But if you don’t eventually get into action, you’re wasting your time.

People at the top of every profession share one quality — they get things done. This ability supersedes intelligence, talent, and connections in determining the size of your salary and the speed of your advancement.

Despite the simplicity of this concept there is a perpetual shortage of people who excel at getting results. The action habit — the habit of putting ideas into action now — is essential to getting things done.

During our April session, we have engaged the use of oracle decks to give guidance to our participants what needs to be done. What are the directions. I shall not delve deeper here.

What are some of the way you can grow the ACTION Habit?

  •  Be a doer – Practice doing things rather than thinking about them. Do you want to start exercising? Do you have a great idea to pitch your boss? Do it today. The longer an idea sits in your head without being acted on, the weaker it becomes. After a few days the details gets hazy. After a week it’s forgotten completely. By becoming a doer you’ll get more done and stimulate new ideas in the process.
  • Live in the present – Focus on what you can do in the present moment. Don’t worry about what you should have done last week or what you might be able to do tomorrow. The only time you can affect is the present. If you speculate too much about the past or the future you won’t get anything done. Tomorrow or next week frequently turns into never.
  •  Remember that ideas alone don’t bring success – Ideas are important, but they’re only valuable after they’ve been implemented. One average idea that’s been put into action is more valuable than a dozen brilliant ideas that you’re saving for “some other day” or the “right opportunity”. If you have an idea the you really believe in, do something about it. Unless you take action it will never go anywhere.
  • Don’t wait until conditions are perfect – If you’re waiting to start until conditions are perfect, you probably never will. There will always be something that isn’t quite right. Either the timing is off, the market is down, or there’s too much competition. In the real world there is no perfect time to start. There is only NOW! You have to take action and deal with problems as they arise.

Most people live and die with their music still unplayed. They never dare to try.  – Mary Kay Ash –

What is the MUSIC in your life?

Next class, we will share and reveal more on Being Present.

Assignment: Take One Action everyday to reaching your Goals.

The Mayonnaise Jar

A Soviet mayonnaise jar, a container glass

When things in your life seem, almost too much to handle, when 24 Hours in a day is not enough, Remember the mayonnaise jar and 2 cups of coffee story. I do not know who is the real author…but thanks for his wise sharing….there it goes..

A professor stood before his philosophy class and had some items in front of him. When the class began, wordlessly, he picked up a very large and empty mayonnaise jar and proceeded to fill it with golf balls. He then asked the students, if the jar was full. They agreed that it was.

The professor then picked up a box of pebbles and poured them into the jar. He shook the jar lightly. The pebbles rolled into the open areas between the golf balls. He then asked the students again if the jar was full. They agreed it was.

The professor next picked up a box of sand and poured it into the jar. Of course, the sand filled up everything else. He asked once more if the jar was full. The students responded with a unanimous ‘yes.’ The professor then produced two cups of coffee from under the table and poured the entire contents into the jar, effectively filling the empty space between the sand. The students laughed. ‘Now,’ said the professor, as the laughter subsided, ‘I want you to recognize that this jar represents your life.

The golf balls are the important things – family, children, health, friends, and favorite passions – Things that if everything else was lost and only they remained, your life would still be full.

The pebbles are the other things that matter like your job, house, and car.

The sand is everything else –The small stuff. ‘If you put the sand into the jar first,’ he continued, there is no room for the pebbles or the golf balls.

The same goes for life. If you spend all your time and energy on the small stuff, you will never have room for the things that are important to you. So…Pay attention to the things that are critical to your happiness. Play With your children. Take time to get medical checkups. Take your partner out to dinner. There will always be time to clean the house and fix the disposal. Take care of the golf balls first — the things that really matter. Set your priorities. The rest is just sand.

One of the students raised her hand and inquired what the coffee represented. The professor smiled. ‘I’m glad you asked’. It just goes to show you that no matter how full your life may seem, there’s always room for a couple of cups of coffee with a friend.’

HOW TO STAY YOUNG

1. Throw out nonessential numbers. This includes age, weight and height. Let the doctors worry about them. That is why you pay them.

2. Keep only cheerful friends. The grouches pull you down.

3.Keep learning ! Learn more about the computer, crafts, gardening, whatever, even ham radio. Never let the brain idle. ‘An idle mind is the devil’s workshop.’ And the devil’s family name is Alzheimer’s.

4. Enjoy the simple things.

5. Laugh often, long and loud. Laugh until you gasp for breath.

6. The tears happen. Endure, grieve, and move on. The only person, who is with us our entire life, is ourselves. Be ALIVE while you are alive.

7. Surround yourself with what you love , whether it’s family, pets, keepsakes, music, plants, hobbies, whatever.Your home is your refuge.

8. Cherish your health: If it is good, preserve it. If it is unstable, improve it. If it is beyond what you can improve, get help.

9. Don’t take guilt trips. Take a trip to the mall, even to the next county; to a foreign country but NOT to where the guilt is.

10. Tell the people you love that you love them, at every opportunity. AND ALWAYS REMEMBER: Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breath away.

Life’s journey is not to arrive at the grave safely in a well-preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, totally used up and worn out, shouting ‘..man,what a ride!’

Mar 2012 Connective Goal Setting Session

Hello Goal Setters,

Its great to connect with all in our March session again. For those who attended the class fully appreciate and knows that Universe is at work all the time. Definitely not coincidence, miracles indeed happened.

One of  our life goals is Relationship. I called it our Relationship Pillar.  However, it will be great if we can go deeper exploring and connecting the idea of “Enlightened Relationship”. I have shared this alot in our class and i will not discussed in details here.

Some important insights to note:-

Why should people orbit in love and not falling in love?

Falling in love, energy resonate only one way…..falling down (One direction) but orbiting in love is a continuous energy (just like our tango dance). I always love and support the idea of orbiting in love.

Why do people orbit in love?

People orbit in love because they want to offer someone something good that they have. They want to be with someone not as to depend on him or her but to share their life with them. They have something good to offer and they want something good in return. Its about Giving and Receiving, then energy will continue to flow. They want to spend time with someone not because they are scared to be alone but because they enjoy the other person’s company. Being in love is about giving and receiving what is good. A lot of people love the idea of being in love but not the actual fact. A lot of time is spent and wasted looking for the right person instead of making yourself the right person. Instead of looking for Mr. Right, be Ms. Right, and Mr. Right will find you, and vice versa. If you want something good, you should be willing to offer something good.

We live in a world where we spend a lot of time asking ‘what can you give me?’ rather than asking ‘what will I give you?’ If you get without giving, you are most likely to lose what you get.

How to remove the barriers we built to protect ourselves from getting hurt?

When we get hurt by others we start to erect barriers to protect ourselves. The key is to find the barriers that trap your passion, that stop you from doing what you love, and removing them. After a hurtful past relationship, often we “closed” ourselves. We built barriers to thinking that will protect ourselves. However, this is always not the case.

Through oracle guidance, we can see and feel deeper what are the barriers that are stopping you from living your life to the fullest and in this session, we worked on the important episode in our life called LOVE. Each of us have different set of challenges with regards to Love and i have shared to each of you your challenges through our oracle guidance. I will not discussed this here.

In order to get what we want, we must be willing to receive it when it comes along, and to do that we must be open to it. Perhaps all it requires is a compromise. However, over the years we build defenses in protection for ourselves; barriers, walls we’ve needed  to feel safe. The thing is, now they only serve to shut out desired direction. So an essential part of being receptive to what we want is to alter these barriers enough to let those things in when they arise. For example, we may spend a lot of time unaccompanied as a way to protect ourselves from being hurt by others, Do you see how this now prevents us from meeting new friends, or receiving support from others? Then how can you find your love?

Now, start to be receptive, Be Open, Open your heart…..

And finally … how to orbit in love?

  • Find a complete stranger.
  • Reveal to each other intimate details about your lives for half an hour.
  • Then, stare deeply into each other’s eyes without talking for four minutes.

Next class, we will share and reveal more on Being Present in Love.

Assignment: Do one thing that you loved a day to keep the love energy revolving around yourself and your environment.

God’s Milk – Instead of being a cup, become a straw

God’s nature is to constantly bestow its love upon us. As the sages say, “more than the calf wants to suckle, the cow wants to provide it with milk.”

However having the capacity to accept it and being fulfilled by it is very difficult to do. Just look around at people in the world who receive a great deal of energy — talent, adoration, money, power. It takes a level of maturity to handle such light. How many young celebrities come out ahead and how many fall apart.

According to Kabbalah the way that we can be a constant receiver of such energy is to become a channel rather than a vessel. Instead of being a cup, become a straw. In this way, energy flows through us, rather than stopping with us.

How do we shift from a cup to a straw. Becoming more of a sharer, less of a receiver. Please note: I use the word “becoming” instead of “become.” Achieving this state is hard, it’s an ongoing process, and it’s played out throughout the course of our lives.

Challenging Moments, Resilience Moments and Supportive Moments

My first Rock Climbing…FUN & CHALLENGING. I love it. And, most importantly, it taught me things that I apply to my everyday life.

Don’t let go. – If a climb seemed out of my reach, I let go and gave up instantly. I’ve learned that in order to succeed, letting go is not an option; fear and feelings of inadequacy are totally normal in anything new or challenging. And while I may fall in my attempt to get better, I never let go. I will remember this.

Trust my partner. My climbing partner can be the difference between life and death — literally. Just like real life relationships, no?

If you don’t succeed at first, try a new approach. In climbing, there’s usually more than one way to make it to the top. It teaches me to look at the problem in a new way.

Don’t let fear get the best of me. Height can be a challenge for me. Trust me, it can feel scary when you are up there loh.

It’s not always about making it to the top. OK, so in rock climbing, making it to the top is important, but how you get there counts for a lot. And that’s the point. Climbing, like life, is a small series of goals and individual problems that enable you to get to your final destination.

Stay Healthy Passionately,
